The hotel is presently under renovations. The building is wrapped up and the area is dusty. Moreover, some of the lights in the room are not working. Having said that, the staff are friendly and helpful, and room is nicely decorated.

really enjoyed the stay here at the hotel, it’s so worth it for the price. the room is huge, and maintained fairly well. room comes with free breakfast, afternoon tea and also includes a photo taking session. the value for the accommodation is really good, and the staffs were all really nice and accommodating!

外面看上去是古朴甚至有点旧旧的，但进到房间真的跟网站显示的一模一样，空间很大，环境很乾净，虽然古镇很多绿植，但是房间里面一个活的虫子蚊子都没有看见。酒店很贴心的在我们入住之前薰好了助眠驱虫的檀香，开好了空调。
前台给我们介绍了晚上附近好吃的，附送的摄影服务也不马虎，摄影小哥很专业，带我们到附近比较少人的地方拍照，一边教我们摆姿势，提醒我们小心脚下安全。知道我们接下来想去二十四史书院还请酒店帮我们安排观光车接送。
有什麽需要在微信跟前台联系，前台的服务也很迅速，临走前问前台房间的薰香，他们还送了我们一小包让我们回家烧。
走的时候也是有车送我们到南门打车。
总的来说这家酒店是我目前到内地不同景区遇到过最满意的酒店。

位置佳，在甘坑古镇内﹐早上用餐时间只到09:30，还要到外面凤凰客家酒楼，虽然几步路程，遇上大雨天 还是会湿身。
服务好，可以酒店人员过来停车场接载，也帮忙拿行李，但遇上行李多，住在 2楼 拿下来也是会有点麻烦。
房间美及大，冷气足，布置得有点像"新婚房"一样的色调，还是不错的体验。

We had a wonderful weekend stay here, with a spacious, comfortable room, friendly staff and plenty to do. Extremely close to food and beverage, street food and restaurants. The hotel provided a fantastic Hanfu dress up experience with a great photographer. I’m d recommended staying here for a couple of nights for a relaxing and convenient escape from reality.

The hotel was on the middle of the ancient town, hotel room same as the picture , you can feel the Chinese culture when you stay here. The service was very great. Our kids love the bathtub the most, the breakfast is a SET not Buffet but it was ok because it also variety food on the set.
A lot of food and activities to do around the hotel.
We stay 3 days but still doesn’t want to go back home. Lol.
