到达索菲特路径：地铁二号线 蚕室站 二号口 避免暴晒 穿行巨大乐天购物广场 电梯到一楼 找到十二号口 紧靠优衣库 出广场左行 经过一个地下停车库 三分钟左右可到酒店入口。进入口自动门 右转电梯到六楼酒店大堂。选择索菲特 因为离奥林匹克体操竞技场KSPO DOME近些 八号线换乘九号线到达竞技场 共四站。连住三晚 不带早餐 出行购物方便 很满意。

The Sofitel Ambassador Seoul Hotel & Serviced Residences delivers a generally good stay. The rooms are a comfortable size, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully appointed, making it easy to unwind after a busy day in the city. The fitness center and pool area exceed expectations—spacious, well-equipped, and beautifully maintained.
However, there are a few drawbacks that can impact your experience. Weekend breakfast service is limited to just three fixed time slots (6:30, 8:00, and 9:30 AM). Arriving at 9:00 AM means a 30-minute wait, which feels frustrating compared to hotels that offer rolling buffet times or extra seating. Similarly, the pool requires reservations for certain time windows, and children under 16 aren’t permitted in the locker or changing rooms. This policy makes it awkward for a parent and child—while you can change, your daughter cannot, which seems poorly thought out.
Overall, the Sofitel Ambassador offers top-tier accommodations and amenities, but its rigid scheduling and family-unfriendly pool policies detract slightly from an otherwise wonderful hotel.

韩国旅行最好的体验竟然在酒店，真的服务很好，虽然离市区有点小远，但附近吃的特别多，还有乐天世界百货一整栋楼可以逛。每个服务人员态度都很好，在韩国真的很罕见。韩国歧视太厉害了，但这个酒店每个人都很有礼貌

索菲特酒店还是不错的，环境，衞生，服务都很在线，地理位置感觉也很棒，旁边就是免税店，对面很多咖啡店，首尔感觉挺小的，所以打车去景点感觉还好！

看着评论奔着新开业和美丽泳池来的，泳池确实很漂亮，设施一般，地理位置非常好，出行方便，方便购物吃喝玩乐。

As a long-time Accor Plus Platinum member, I was truly disappointed with our recent stay at Sofitel Ambassador Seoul. We arrived around midnight, and despite our status, no upgrade was offered unless we paid. We declined due to the late hour, but soon after check-in, we were called and told we were overcharged for our third and fourth nights — and I had to go down to the front desk to correct it.
Later, we agreed to pay for an upgrade just to avoid switching rooms. The following morning, we were directed to the main restaurant for breakfast (as Club Lounge had closed), only to be interrupted five times during our meal and eventually told we had to pay. Despite confirming our Accor Platinum status, no proper explanation was given.
A staff member later apologized, acknowledging our membership should have been honored for the upgraded nights, but at checkout, we were still charged nearly ?200,000 for breakfast.
This experience felt disjointed and poorly managed, especially for loyal members. We expected the warmth and professionalism Sofitel is known for, but unfortunately, it didn’t meet expectations. I hope management improves consistency in recognizing Accor members and handling guest experiences.
