酒店周边有好几家商圈，离地铁站也很近，吃饭和逛街都很方便。大堂办理入住在6楼，家庭房面积大，乾净整洁，下次来首尔还会订这家。

チェックイン时间より早めに到着したのですがお部屋を用意して顶き早めにお部屋に入ることができました。お値段以上の対応でまた韩国に来た际はこちらに泊まりたいと思います。

Nice hotel to stay with good breakfast options.
Front desk was helpful with smiles. Room was clean and big. Only that the room was a bit dark for business work.
Great location with good street nearby and Lotte mall within 5 minutes walk.

How they put in the effort to go the extra mile for their guests.
My mini bar was not closed after housekeeping was done as I left before they came to tidy the room. And I raise as a concern. They were very fast to check and assured me that they make sure the minibar would be properly closed. And even offered me a choice of my - wine, cheese platter or fruits of my choice and to send to my room. I didn’t request for it as I was just genuinely raising a concern.
One of the team even remembered my last name and greeted me when I was heading out.
I had a wonderful stay.
It’s not in the popular area but it’s beside Lotte mall. And London Museum Bagel and Blue Bottle is in the mall. But it’s good because it’s not crowded, peaceful.
