Exceptional hotel - this hotel does everything well. Great combination of luxurious room, impressive food, great service and good facilities. The room was well designed, so it seemed to have lots of room for everything. The Socorro buffet was excellent for dinner and breakfast and even managed a decent soy cappuccino plus an impressive number of vegetarian options.

This was my second stay after a year, and I wanted to give the hotel another chance to see if the service had improved — I’m pleased to say it absolutely has! From the moment I arrived, the customer care was outstanding. I was warmly welcomed by Ms. Manisha, who is truly a star — polite, humble, and genuinely customer-oriented. Her service deserves a full 100 out of 100 for LQA standards. I also enjoyed a wonderful meal at the Chinese restaurant, where Mr. Virender offered an amazing warm welcome and excellent food recommendations. The taste and presentation were superb — highly recommended! A heartfelt thanks to the in-house team for the surprise birthday cake that made my day. The only minor issue was a short 20-minute delay with my luggage during departure. Overall, it was one of my best stays so far — I’ll definitely return! Thanks Fo Manger Sushma for warm welcome. Next time I hope I will get upgraded room

We were a family of 5 with 3 teenagers all with severe nut allergies and would always be very careful in India. We encountered our first nut contamination here at a 5 star hotel. The inroom dining menu clearly stated no nuts for a chocolate brownie and when it arrived there were nuts on them. We clearly tell staff each time of nut allergies. Our son required Epipen administration for something that should never have happened. Cleanliness was poor with 4 pillows noted to have hairs on them in large bedroom suite connected to another room.and bathrooms not well cleaned when we arrived. Club lounge happy hour was very poorly run, it states that it starts st 6pm and when we arrived 6.15, no one was there, drinks were locked and no food available. Staff came.later and food only available at 6.45pm. We ate room service every night and there was no consistency. Chicken burgers 4 were ordered, 2 had 2.chicken patties in them and another 2 burgers had a tiny piece of chicken patty.. Never have we encountered this many issues at any other international 5 star Intercontinentals as an IHG platinum ambassador. Our impression was the staff and management was not well run during the 3 night stay and much could be done to improve customer experience.

It seems to.be nice hotel but the service levels are not at all good . The AC doesn't work properly in there lounge . The front office team doesn't assists timely and is not guest centric . The front office team is reluctant to show the room . The entire front office team is not at all hospitable . They lack basic courtesy of offering water . The lounge team near lobby is not at bothered n doesn't offer water timely n neither has a proper menu to choose from . I hope Nalin GM of the hotel takes immediate corrective measures

Nella splendida Jaipur L ultimo giorno dell anno siamo inciampati su un India diversa , la camera a noi assegnata era sporca , dietro il letto nuvole di intonaco ammuffito, fredda perché senza riscaldamento( 10 gradi la temperatura esterna ) . Siamo andati immediatamente a parlare con la reception che ha dato molte risposte confondendo terribilmente la situazione. Abbiamo ottenuto dopo molto confuso parlamentare ( avevamo con noi la nostre guida indiana che traduceva le molteplici inutili risposte ) di cambiare stanza ma era una peggio dell altra per sporcizia e grande umidità sui muri . La conclusione abbiamo cenato alle 23,40 e festeggiato così la fine dell anno . Piccola nota il ristorante self service era apparecchiato minimal . Abbiamo pagato un cenone di fine anno che doveva essere di gala per mangiare piatti cotti nel pomeriggio!!! Pessima esperienza
