I liked the atmosphere here. We felt relaxed and welcomed from the moment we arrived. The staff took really good care of everything and would like to also mention manisha and aabida from relations team of the hotel.

Modern hotel, incredibly clean and lovely rooms. Team here are fantastic - particularly Rajat and Aakash in the member’s lounge and Aabida both before arrival helping with questions and once arrived - thank you all for a great stay!

Our stay at Intercontinental was excellent largely due to the outstanding service from the staff. We particularly want to commend Manisha at the front desk. She was incredibly welcoming during check-in, efficient, and took the time to offer personalised recommendations for exploring the local area. The entire team maintained high standards. We will certainly recommend this hotel to others.

The room with pool view ?? Excellent room! And the towel art was a great touch. Special recognition to Manisha for her amazing service changing the initial chocolate cake to a delicious butterscotch flavor was thoughtful and greatly appreciated. Thank you for making our stay and honeymoon special!

Our recent stay at your hotel was truly exceptional. We were delighted with the high level of service provided by your staff who made our visit comfortable and memorable. Specifically, we want to recognize Devee lal from the concierge team. At the front desk, both Manisha and Ritu were highly professional, welcoming, and Amazing service provided by Digvender was greatly appreciated.

Great location if you want something outside the city, hotel is lovely and grand. Very popular for weddings so be prepared for the wedding noises. The staff are all very friendly and professional. Overall fantastic stay and service. Service staff for breakfast and lunch are really good and helpful plus great food options. Executive Lounge staff Rajat is great and very friendly and professional. The lounge is tidy and kept clean at all times. Great food options and topped up. House keeping staff are good and follow the sustainability guidelines which is great. Pool and Spa are great areas, the pool was quite cold (visited in Dec) but still a nice area to chill out in, the spa area is elegant. I treated myself to the deep tissue massage for an hour and was very pleased with the treatment and was very reasonably priced (compared to UK pricing).

Ottima struttura. Personale abbondante m non sempre attento nel complesso però posto accogliente e dotato di ottimi servizi. Il cibo tutto molto buono anche sopra la media rispetto a posti dello stesso livello.
