房间乾净衞生，装修很新，配备天猫精灵，机器人，很有科技感。孩子很喜欢。
双人床房间还配有两个洗漱台，衞生间空间很大，很满意。
服务也及时周到，一个电话服务员就上来帮我们把蛋糕寄存到酒店冰箱。
大堂经理态度很友好，为我们升级双床房，给孩子赠送自助冰淇淋。
整体还是一次很好的住宿体验。
环境安静，离西溪湿地公园比较近，离西湖景区比较远，可以按需求安排。

房号8618在6楼，每晚十点半左右楼上蹦哒个不停，特别吵。（睡眠不好的，得留意下）另外房间也略显挤了点，特别是衞生间（这个不是很影响，出门在外没这么好）最重要的是早餐另我心里有点不舒服，三大一小（10岁）订房送两张早餐成人券，再补一大一小早餐券的时候，为什么还要收我28元/份，门口牌子上明明写的是1米2~1米5的早餐券是半价。希望贵酒店有关部门可以接收一下小建议??

Great location. However, the room was smelly (smoking smell). Not very clean. Staff are friendly.

I've stayed a few times at this hotel. The location is very convenient, the rooms are equipped with necessary stuff. This time, however, there was a very strong smell from the drainage in the bathroom, it stank the whole time even with the fan turned on.
Another unpleasant surprise was the breakfast - by the time I reached the dining room, there was no food, only one lady worked at the counter serving noodles, eggs and fruits with the constant queue waiting. The other lady barely had time to clean up the tables, occasionally refilling the empty food stall. The hotel apparently was well booked.

Not so good experience during check in. Firstly, Inexperienced reception and keep looking down & pressing at her phone despite i was clarifying something with her. Secondly, having breakfast at 930am left not much food & restaurant crew had started to turn off restaurant lights around 950am which made me feel unwelcoming. Thirdly, i have requested additional 3 bottles of drinking water for me to boil hot water for my tea, reception counter told me “you have 2 bottles inside your room. As cant give you more otherwise hotel will need to charge you”. Lastly, cleaner did not wash my tea cup and just put it back to where it’s belongs.
Additionally, there is no glass door inside bathroom. Water splashing around and wet floor.

The AC didn’t work. When I called to ask for a room change, they sent a drunk man to come yell at me and try to turn the broken AC on.

Hotel could do with updating breakfast didn’t start until 7am which was too late for me as I had to leave by 6:30
