We have booked two rooms. We have arrived early and the rooms are not ready. The counter allowed us to use one room first. The rooms are big and clean, we upgraded to the top floor and can walk to the balcony for a good view of the city. Will visit again.

Excellent location, you are 5 minutes away from malls and all the nice restaurants. Our room had nice lake view. Our room is equipped with lots of amenities and is spacious. The furnitures of the room are a bit wearied down but overall okay. Overall we had a very enjoyable stay.

The hotel is ok, the location is bear to the lake and shopping area, but it’s not properly maintained and not what I would recognize as a 4 star hotel. the worst thing is that the windows are all very scratched and milky, therefore ruining the views.

Stayed here many times at this point, & pleased to say I like it just as much now as I did every other time. My absolute go-to hotel for Hangzhou. Decent price, decent rooms, very close to the West Lake, near the metro, & incredible views from the rooftop.

Centrally located, 5min walk to the metro. Near to the west lake and shopping areas. many small eateries nearby. Hotel staff friendly and helpful, upgraded our 3 rooms, had a great view of the lake from my room. Rooms are well maintained and look to be recently refurbished. Room had both separate shower and bath. Highly recommend this hotel.

Rooms were spotless, cosy, and quiet, with super-comfy beds and stunning west lake views. A special shout out to the front counter 小盛 proactive assistance at checkout, ensuring everything was perfect before departure. Perfect mix of luxury and heartfelt service. Extended my stay from yesterday.

位置好，交通方便。卫生好，床垫舒服。还算安静。不足:一，没有停车位，只能停车在大堂门口和路边，车位远远不够用。二，酒店没有充电头。前台说以前有，因为总是丢所以就不再有了，没办法，只能租借充电宝，而充电宝内存电量不多，住了三天为手机充电花了20多元钱。这是怪我出门没带手机充电器。但我在入住吉祥酒店前入住的名门酒店（距离吉祥酒店很近）就可以在前台借到充电器插头。在电子城一个充电器插头也就10元钱。
