This hotel is very special, everyone is very kind and friendly. They provide dessert/porridge/ tea and welcome fruits, also small gifts and airport transfer!. The feeling is just like home. Highly recommended and will stay again if I visit Haikou again.

Stayed for one night. The location is convenient, close to the airport, which was perfect as I had a morning flight. The hotel provides free airport transfers, which was a great bonus. The amenities seem pretty new and the lobby offered complimentary desserts, porridge, and fruit. All the staff were very friendly and polite.

We were impressed with the cleanliness and attentiveness of the hotel/staff. It was very quiet and relaxing, mattress was very comfortable and early check-in and late check out was unmatched. We would definitely stay at their hotel again.

一定要给酒店大大的好评。真的是各方面都很好的酒店 房间设施很新很好 衞生也超乾净 是我在海南睡到最舒服的床。 然後各方面服务也好 知道带孩子出游 也很暖心的铺上了卡通的床单 大大赞 下次来海口一定会再来

- smoking is not restricted in corridors. But I guess that comes with the strong smoking culture in China, can't be helped.
- Toilet door and shower door is shared, so can be inconvenient at times when four people share a room.

整体上特别好，非常好！！！本来只计划待一天的，因为住的太舒服临时决定再待一天！ 设施智能且新，卫生干净，无虫无异味，空间很大，服务也不错（因为临时决定来的所以没有提前一天预约接送机服务，但是商家也尽力去沟通并且解决问题了，这点值得5星），可以延迟退房是加分项。很多城市看客量大会不在乎一两个客户的看法或者几个客户的续客量，但是个人认为一个企业或者品牌想要持续发展，除了“产品”是基础，软实力”才是能让它走的更远的支柱。期待会越来越好，以后如果有机会再定，也会推荐给朋友。
给商家建议：遮光帘里加个纱帘，住的房间对面也是住宅楼，楼距不远，想开帘晒太阳但是影响到私隐只能拉上，这两天海口天气还蛮好的，有点遗憾……
给潜在客户的提醒：早餐种类不多，对我而言吃的无所谓，能饱腹就行，介意早餐丰富度的朋友可以考虑一下

接触到的工作人员服务热情周到，也很细心。办理入住时还给身份证“穿”上了一个透明袋。路上遇到的工作人员都会主动热情地打招呼，在电梯里面碰上了也会主动问你去几楼帮你按电梯，接送机的服务真的很方便！我们到的时候海口正在大太阳很热接送的大哥也会很细心的提示找个地方避一下，等他到了再过去，处理问题很灵活十分周到～房间的设施齐全，水都放了四瓶，相关物品一应俱全，地理位置也不错，出行方便推荐推荐??

房间干净整洁舒适，装修风格独特时尚大方，布置精致，吹风机使用方便且有冷热大风，有欢迎水果，晚上有粥，有小朋友的牙刷牙膏拖鞋玩具，有雨伞，有自行车骑，有洗衣液，皂液，有洗衣机，烘干机，晒衣服的地方，还能免费寄送机，非常棒，比五星级的酒店服务还更周到。下次还会入住，也会推荐朋友入住的
