Wow .. what a brilliant hotel for its location on the Riverside making it accessible for transport links. The free hotel river shuttle connects you to the BTS line and other water taxis
We had an excellent view of the Chao Phraya river from our room on the 33rd floor and not forgetting the view from the roof top bar Cloud 36
The breakfast was excellent with a varied selection on offer
Staff were always very courteous and polite.
Overall this hotel was the perfect choice for quality, location and service

It was a really wonderful experience. The hotel is right in front of the river, with ferry and boat services to ICONSIAM. The river-facing rooms offer a great view. Breakfast was very good, and the location is extremely convenient—7-Eleven and other stores are within walking distance. Above all, the staff were very kind and welcoming. Overall, a great stay.

位置还不错，到摩天轮码头一公里酒店有船送到地铁站，房间很大，公寓型带厨房，早餐品种还行吧，酒店马路口对面有家米其林的海鲜汤饭还不错

携程的服务一如既往，良心説其他平台的服务真的和携程没法比，酒店非常好，已经来这里住过很多次了，位置无敌，风景无敌，可以坐酒店船去沙吞，然后换乘其他方式，很方便，服务也非常好，早餐就在河边，伴随着小鸟一起吃，泳池也很好，总之来了就不后悔，套房很大，这是在房间里拍的zhao?pian

The room is spacious and spotless, with excellent amenities. There is a wide selection of breakfast options, and the location is ideally situated with excellent view over the Chaopraya river.

We returned to stay as we had fond memories of our last stay and this time was just as wonderful, with a few things to note. The riverside location is great and the views from the room and breakfast area are amazing. Our room was spacious especially with an active toddler and the crib and baby amenities they provided were excellent. They also gave a nice playground to use. The real standout of this property is the customer service! The concierge and breakfast team especially were beyond impressive. A special thanks to the concierge, Mr Por, who went above and beyond to solve a Grab issue we had. The only thing that we found slightly as something to improve is room cleanliness and room odor. We’ll be back for sure!

房间特别大，mini bar免费.一起都很好.俯瞰整个riverside ，员工还是很友好的没有歧视中国人

察殿曼谷河畔豪华酒店的位置还不错，饭店有自己的接驳船，可以前往 Bangkok Sathorn Pier 和 ICONSIAM，交通算方便，离 Asiatique 河滨夜市也很近。
早餐好吃，品质稳定。
不过，如果你是冲着「亲子酒店」来的，可能会有点失望。除了小小的儿童泳池和一个小型公园的游乐设施外，没有太多适合孩子的活动或设施。
整体来说，是景观好、交通方便的河畔饭店，但亲子友善度偏普通。
