The room was very good. We booked the swim up suite. However, it didn’t seem like the pool was cleaned daily. Service in HAO restaurant was good but beach service was very slow and extremely expensive. The beach and location was very nice and most staff except for beach service was very good . For what they would like to be a five star resort and the nightly prices they could up their service game.

this is a wonderful beachfront resort. The rooms along the pool and beach are comfortable in access to facilities is easy. STAFF was very helpful and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to going back again.

Food and drinks were over priced. The quality of the food did not support the high cost. No music or entertainment to bring people to the pool area. It’s not as much a resort but a glorified hotel room. Ver low key and boring. Won’t be back.

El personal súper atento en todo momento a nuestras necesidades muy agrables en admistracion, valet, restaurante, bar etc. La habitacion muy cómoda y en perfectas condiciones, agradezco las atenciones que me brindaron en todo momento

no usamos el Spa, el aire acondidionado en las abitaciones fue excelente, todo el personal fue demasiado amables con una super atencion , muy muy recomendado, solo lews falta un poco de amenidades, como musica en vivo ( de 3 noches que estruvimos solo 1 tuvimos musica en vivo en el restaurante. .nos dijeron que habia clase de masaje y no nos la proporcionaron porque se cancelo y los otros dias no habia disponible.

Staff was wonderful, from check in to service at the beach (thanks Juan!), facilities and food also excellent. We really loved the location on the playa. Will go again.

The entire Thompson Hotel was excellent. The entire Hotel seems to have been upgraded. We've been staying at the hotel before it was the Thompson and it has never been as nice as it is now. Great management, great staff A wonderful establisment.
