住宿当天下午临时订的，一个人住，就定了最便宜的；周末价格要贵些。如果是平日价格700多的话就会比较划算。
环境：位置非常好，出门就是沙滩；离紫竹林/南海观音 下车点步行就能到。
服务：前台服务很热情，有问必答。
一楼单独运营的餐厅也好吃，晚餐点菜。 可以单独买自助早餐，价格合理。
有小巴接送码头，行李也可以免费运到码头寄存。

住在岛上，对价格就不能有太高要求。房间不大，但还算乾净整洁，去南海观音也方便，周边吃饭的地方很多，还能码头接送，挺不错了

以前都是住岛上其他酒店，这次儿子要挖沙，所以选了海边这家，门口就是沙滩。上岛有车接，比较方便，离观音也很近，房间里就可以看到。

服务一如既往的好！特别是小钱、小黄服务热情有礼、细心、周到，还给予礼佛细节上的提醒！接送服务的司机非常周到，还帮忙搬行李，有如在家中的感觉！酒店环境衞生，设施智能化！五星好评！值得推荐给大家！

房间乾净整洁，服务真的很好，尤其是小钱前台小女孩，简直太nice了，服务很周到，还有一个张店长也跟美很温柔，主要有接送，而且位置距离南海观音紫竹林比较近，一楼还有餐厅原制原味，真不错，装修很新，建议提前订房，就在海边，我住在一楼，进出很方便，我也是看到好评才住进来的

We love everything about Healray Collection. Our flight arrived late, and took a late ferry over to the Island. Luckily they had shuttle service from and to Ferry, which made it so much easier than calling a car service. When we arrived, they assisted us unloading the luggage. Our room got excellent view and could see the Guan Yin statue from our room. I'm OCD, so cleanliness is very important to me and I approved. We booked two nights, sadly we were only able to stay one night due to a Gale warning. The hotel had such a great customer service, when we were sightseeing, they gave us a call to inform us that they received a Gale warning and that the ferry will not operate the next day. They gave us an option to stay or refund us the one night if we wished to checkout to catch the ferry. They were very helpful and resourceful in that respect. The manager Zhou Min reached out to our online booking to verify our refund. We were very pleased and amazed with their extraordinary service. I personally would definitely refer and book with them again. I care about service and they have one of the best service I've had experienced.
