I had a wonderful stay here. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and they always make sure everything is well taken care of. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the service throughout was excellent. I was pleasantly surprised that they even provide free laundry service, which was such a thoughtful touch.
What really made this place special is that the hotel has adopted some super friendly and adorable cats. They are clearly well cared for, and it is very kind of the hotel to give them a home. I absolutely loved the cats, and they added so much warmth and charm to the stay.

KITTENSSS!!!! This hotel was easily one of the best we stayed at in our travels of china. The service was outstanding, definitely the best we've experienced, the staff were extremely friendly and would go out of their way to help. The rooms were nice and clean. There was free laundry service which we really appreciated as it was one less thing to worry about, making our holiday more relaxing. The included breakfast food was also good, with a decent variety to choose from. It was very convenient even if we had to leave early for activities, with the serving time starting as early as 6:30am. There was also a different afternoon snack each evening from taro soup to yogurt with muffins. The location was good, very central in Zhangjiajie city, about a 10 minute walk from the central bus station and 15 minutes from the Tianmen Mountain Cableway. The hotel also has a resident cat and her 2 kittens that you can play and sit with in the lobby area of the hotel!

Exceptional service.
- Coordinate pickup time and met us at curb to show us to the hotel
- Booked massages foot and back ahead of time (extra cost)
- Extremely responsive to questions before the stay
- Served snacks and tea on arrival, carry baggage to the room
- Exceptional breakfast platter with many selections (latte in the morning my favorite) ready made at time you specify
- Clean, beautiful rooms with attractive furnishings
- Plenty high quality amenities, slippers, high end hair dryer, toothbrush, hair brush, makeup kits, nail kits. Full tech in rooms, air conditioning, heat light with controls including night lights when going to the bathroom (very useful !)
- Above and beyond attention to hospitality, hot drinks provided in evening, fresh fruit bowl when greeted, laundry service picks up the clothes and places them folded and clean in basket in front of the room
- Adorable mother cat in the reception area with her 4 newborn kittens
- Close proximity to the Line A cable at for Tianmen Mountain, airport and East railway station. 30 min car ride to West railway station.
- Pickup and drop off to railway stations or airports . No longer able to do to pickup and drop offs from Wulingyuan.
- Georgeous reception area and stair case, hallways everything is tasteful
- Slightly higher price point compared to other hotels in area, but well worth it for extra level of service
- Noise and light levels are unavoidable given location in the city and rooms located on 2nd floor above street level. Not excessive and heated eye masks, ear plugs and automatic blackout curtains provided

Wow, this hotel truly exceeded all our expectations. Everything about our stay was exceptional, and I can confidently say there was not a single fault.
From the very beginning, we felt incredibly welcomed by the staff. We were greeted downstairs at the door, our luggage was taken care of, and we were even offered tea and a hot towel, which was such a nice gesture.
Before we were escorted to our room, the staff even helped us to change into slippers (outside shoes aren’t allowed past the lobby). One of the staff members then accompanied us to the room and explained every detail about it, something I’ve never experienced before. The room itself was also spotless and very comfortable. The shower was spacious, and the toiletries provided were of high quality.
I also wanted to mention a moment where I truly felt genuine care from the staff. On a day when the temperature suddenly dropped, they had advised us to dress warmly and even provided us a bag with rain jackets and water. Without this kind gesture, I genuinely feel like I would’ve gotten sick so I felt extremely thankful. Coming back to the hotel, they even welcomed us back with hot tea and dessert, which was such a comforting and thoughtful touch.
The hotel was also home to five adorable and friendly kitties. As a cat lover, this was such a delightful bonus and made the entire stay feel even more charming and homey.
Overall, I would highly highly recommend this hotel. Although it is slightly pricier than the average of most hotels located in Zhangjiajie, the service and quality of the room definitely make up for it. There is no doubt that I’ll be staying here again when I come back to visit!

Stayed at Ruke for 2 nights and had an absolutely fantastic experience.
From the moment we landed, everything was seamless, the hotel arranged a punctual pickup, and we were greeted with general warmth and big smiles upon arrival. The property is spotless, modern, and very well maintained. What truly stood out was the staff, every person we worked with was incredibly helpful.
The complimentary breakfast was a highlight, it was surprisingly good! Something to look forward to.
I highly recommend this hotel! Thank you, Ruke for such a wonderful stay!

Wonderful stay, with great service as you arrive, super clean room and friendly staff. It’s very close to Tianmen mountain as well as the airport so it was convenient for us.
The staff served us breakfast as well the following morning and the hotel cat and kittens were super sweet!

It has been the best and unforgettable experience! Firstly, we were picked up at the airport in the right time and very easy to identify Joe to drive us to the hotel (he did not allow us to take the heavy luggage, he did it instead! SUV was impeccable and excessively comfortable!. When we got to hotel Joe again took our luggage to the lobby, we were very warmly welcomed with a nice tea and slippers to rest our tired feet!, they took our shoes and offer to clean them as well as we were offered to wash clothes for free if needed!!! Wow..we really felt like at home!! Room was quite nice, large size with nice amenities. When going out to hang around we were taken again by Joe, - we did not have to ask for! .. we were helped to book Fox Fairy Show tickets , and again, Joe took us no just to the show, he walked us to our sits! After the show he did picked us up… breakfast also amazing… we were taken to the railway station after checking out. Thanks to all Ruke’s staff members to make us feel not just welcomed but like in Home.!! Unforgettable and highly recommended to stay at Ruke!!

到张家界景区一定会需要连续住个两三天来游览这座城市，一个舒适温馨的酒店是必不可少的！我特别推荐张家界天门山索道店的「如可酒店」它具备了住宿房间的舒适以及服务人员亲切的态度，适时的提供优质的服务，例如：一夜好眠的床（介绍是美国品牌大床）还有乾净整洁的环境，房间廊道还有细节的房间布置设计都能感受店家的巧思用心，这一切都让你在「如可酒店」可以自在的享受回到家里的熟悉感，特别是酒店的招财猫「如愿」特别亲人，生的4只小崽也是酒店里的宝！已将计画再次回访如可酒店，或许哪日能在大厅的围炉旁幽静的比邻而坐，享受酒店提供优质的环境。
