酒店很新，房间面积不小，干净整洁卫生。服务特别好，进屋就送了养生茶，晚上送了甜汤。早餐还可以，该有的东西都有。值得一提的是服务，简直就是无微不至，酒店经理特别热情，认真负责。因为晚上的飞机，特意给我们延迟到下午四点退房，走时还贴心的送了水果和点心让我们去机场的路上吃。南方的大部分酒店服务就是很好。除了地理位置离中心城区较远之外，其他真的都特别满意。

Very nice hotel, and they gave me welcome fruits, but it’s crowded and noisy at general areas because they have a swimming pool open for kids’ swimming classes, and also there’s a wedding hall downstairs.
There was no western food at breakfast. I prefer western style breakfast, so I asked if they at least had some yoghurt. The yoghurt machine was broken, and the staff rejected to provide a yoghurt cup, untill I insisted and asked them several times. The lady wasn’t friendly at first, but after I insisted she brought me a yoghurt (not the one I asked) and said that it was the only yoghurt they could find nearby, although there are several stores near the hotel. I paid for the breakfast and all I had was a boiled egg and a cup of yoghurt that they didn’t want to provide first. So, if you are used to western style breakfast, maybe better book another hotel.

Amazing hotel with great atmosphere and hospitality, personnel always helps with any tasks. Rooms are very clean, breakfast is very delicious and offers variety of food, and the restaurant on the 5th floor is just great (once even let us order the food even when chief had a break). Totally must stay ????

Was not able to sleep well first night due to my room facing the petrol kiosk and woke up at 3am by the truck engine noise and loud honks.
Requested the hotel to change my room to another location not facing the petrol kiosk and it was much better.
Breakfast was good with local food, but ?the young girl helping to serve was rude and not putting effort to serve.
Note: search but cannot find hotel web-site to check details or contact hotel directly.?

comment：The hotel was exceptional, very comfortable, clean and trendy with lots of beautiful corners to enjoy. My stay was amazingly super comfortable, I was greeted by free fruit basket, free tea and complementary hot soup. It ment so much to me who the staff were very enthusiastic, welcoming and supportive especially the manager Fang Xuejun, who has a great service attitude. I recommend this hotel strongly to all travelers and will definitely stay again on my next trip.

My main reason for choosing this hotel was the expectation of a nice long swimming pool but it was closed until 17 February.
I also booked a deluxe room because of the city view but that was not supplied. However, our room on the mountain side was very nice so we did not accept their offer to move.
The hotel is almost new and the staff extremely pleasant. The design and facilities are excellent. The breakfasts are superb. The laundry is excellent and free of charge.
A bit far from the river and city centre if you don’t have transport.
