Staff of the front desk are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is fresh and tasty. When it's bedtime and I lied on my bed, and I could still see the light in the hallway from under the door which made me wonder...and couldn't help feeling scared..

离火车站很近，位置很好
房间风吕很大一个人泡很舒服
环境很好很喜欢
早餐好吃，虽然品项不多但吃的饱，服务人员很亲切
有煮蛋区，挺有趣的
离热闹的市区很近

The location is good and the restaurant for breakfast is wonderful. In addition, the hot spring facility in the room is terrific.

The hotel is conveniently located in the downtown. The staff members are professional and friendly. What impresses me most is the way in which the hotel staff demonstrates the use of hot spring to boil some veggies.

离礁溪站7-8分钟
不算很远
酒店内有鱼池可以玩
还可以体验一下温泉水煮食
但离景点还有吃的都不算近
不过cp值来算很好
有私汤温泉??

查网cp值是高，此次体验我与朋友甚感无言，与评论略不符合。第一，清洁就很有问题，原本第一天没感觉，第二天早晨起床後，才发觉莫名四个胞（抓到床下及周边有跳蚤）与店舖反应，无其他处理？只有抱歉？我花三千多换一句抱歉？我被盯四个胞很痒诶！
第二，早餐 buffet 空间小就算了，仅一小时吃！有分流！
（但还算可以啦 吃的还算给过）
第三，服务，算了吧！光第一点就这样处理了，服务会好到哪里去！？
尖峰时间，柜台两三人，看就瞎忙，聊天？嗯，很会聊。
离峰时间，接待宾员，是下班了吗？
直接坐在柜台旁，翘二郎腿？门面诶，主管都没在管？

Best hotel I've went to so far in Yilan! Loved the spacious room and bathroom - was surprised to see two televisions in the room haha. Everything felt luxurious and clean! What's most important is the super King bed - had a really good sleep :) Pretty convenient located nearby restaurants and shops!

Very near the station about 10 minutes walk. You will get a voucher to change for freshly cooked food using the hot spring just beside the hotel entrance but it closes by 8PM so make sure you check in by then. Hotel room is spacious and clean! Great price for the room! Breakfast is decent and sufficient.

Location is very good, with shops and eateries nearby.
Hotel room is clean, spacious too. With free flow of coffee at the lobby.
Love the vegetarian breakfast.
The only setback is, there is only one lift in the building. Me and my family waited for quite sometime for the lift upon check out.
