设施：用品设施新，处处是景，精致，好过很多大牌酒店
卫生：干净舒适，床品洗护用品都是大牌
环境：进入酒店就是景，所有设施融入景内，自然美观，很惬意！
服务：细心，餐食真的很棒，摆盘都很用心。

酒店位置隐蔽很幽静，又在河流旁景色非常优美，进入酒店就感觉和外界隔离开来。别墅强推，和主楼中间隔着一片林子所以很私隐，不怕被其他住店客打扰。体验感非常好度假首选，下次来阳朔一定会再来。酒店餐厅比阳朔大部分都好吃。

潼乡的四晚是这次与闺蜜阳朔之行的点睛之笔！无论暑期旺季人流多大，烈日多炎，暴雨来得多猝不及防，回到潼乡就是万物静好！窗外的景色本就无价，硬件设施精益求精，酒店设计和布置都精巧别致但不喧宾夺主，隔音效果极佳；管家团队专业又暖心，任何问题都被瞬时回覆安排，每天在精致的早餐和夜宵糖水中迎接和告别一天，心满意足！清洁团队也是贴心又专业，即使是随手放在房间的眼镜也会被照顾到。私心是想留着如此美好的治愈之所，以期下次再会，但在再会之前还是希望潼乡遇上喜爱珍惜它的旅人（＞^ω^＜）

Best location and unbearable scenery. Comfortable beddings and very good housekeeping. Food is delicious and of good varieties. My family stay in to enjoy their breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner and evening dessert. Friendly and helpful staffs. Nothing to challenge except no gym room. We have an enjoyable stay in The Tong and would definitely recommend to friends.

One of my favorite hotel stays to date!
This is an exceptional boutique hotel with just 9 rooms, in an excellent location for all the Yulong River activities, yet really quiet and tucked away from the crowds.
Our suite was open plan but very large and beautifully decorated. We especially appreciated the high ceilings, wall of windows and large terrace with great views.
Service was excellent and personalized. A special shout out to Easter, who speaks excellent English and gave us very good advice on how to organize our free day. She also created a WeChat group so we could easily communicate with the entire staff team; any questions/requests we had were answered almost instantly.
The public facilities were somewhat limited given the size of the property, but they are also very attractive. There's a great infinity pool along the river and we really enjoyed the meals we had onsite (2 breakfasts, one dinner and afternoon tea).
We would have really liked to extend our stay by a night just to chill out on property; that's how special this place is.

We had a wonderful stay at The Tong Resort in Yangshuo with our family. The hotel is modern, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean. The rooms are spacious and stylish, and the heated swimming pool was such a treat — especially after a day of exploring. The kids’ room is fantastic, with fun activities for both younger and older children.
The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. A special mention to one of the evening waitresses who truly went above and beyond — she deserves a 10 out of 10 for her effort and kindness.
Breakfast was delicious with a good mix of Western and local options. Although the team doesn’t speak much English, communication through WeChat worked really well.
We highly recommend this hotel. While you’re in Yangshuo, don’t miss out on a scenic bike tour with Asian Bikes and a cooking class at Cloud 9 Cooking School — both were absolute highlights and run by the loveliest people.
The pool area is cozy and relaxing! This is truly a top hotel, and we’ll definitely be coming back!

Beautiful property, great service, nice Chinese food options on the menu and a great kids playroom.
the attention to details is on another level. they knew my baby needs a mid day nap and they have prepared the villa with curtains closed and her night light on when we arrived.
Lots of drinks options through the day and night snacks available.
Nearby there is a hotel with Llamas, cows, capybaras and more animals, good entertainment for adults and kids.
We would be back!

Truly enjoyed my three nights stay. Super clean, spacious, nicely decorated, big balcony with fantastic views. Tailor made breakfast with various options and dinner were of high quality at reasonable prices. Mid night snacks were a highlight with many delicious dishes. Great service with butler system on WeChat made life easy. Even provided turn down service which many international five star hotels don’t offer anymore for decades. Heated swimming pool in outdoor area was an attraction. Highly recommend.
