早餐厅碰到很多团队，把西餐点心一下子拿空，但没有及时补货，导致“华夫饼”这个立牌半小时去了三次都没有，只有孤伶伶剩下的半个三明治 吃的过程中服务员来问感受如何，提了华夫饼问题，服务员説马上去做。结果间隔十五分钟去取发现不但没有华夫饼，连牌子也没了，倒是补了一些三明治，问过服务员説，今天没有华夫饼。（既然没有为什麽要立华夫饼牌子，还让半小时去看了三次…）
其实没吃华夫饼是很小一件事，但你的立牌会让人有所期待，期待过後却又突然落空，原来是服务员失误… 就是这个体验感…

I recently stayed at the Wuxi Pullman Hotel, and I was really impressed with the newly renovated rooms. They’re modern and cozy, with a fresh design that makes you feel right at home. The amenities are great, and I loved the spacious layout. The staff were friendly and helpful, which added to the overall experience. It’s a nice spot to relax after a day of exploring. I’d definitely recommend it if you're in Wuxi!

Lovely hotel, friendly staff! 10 min from Wuxi New District rail station and 5 min walk to Wanda Plaza Mall. Near the lake and beautiful surroundings, lovely large room, Japanese toilet, clean linen, lovely duvet. Everything was great, staff very friendly! I forgot my charger and they lend me one with a smile. Ask for Mile he speaks very good English and is very friendly. Breakfast has everything - Chinese and western food and yummy donuts ??

It’s quite a dated hotel and needs renovation. The room is very musty, with obvious evidence of people smoking in the room in the past (there was also an ashtray in the room despite the no smoking sign).?
Many staff look bored at breakfast with the chef watching his phone. One chef was smoking in the toilet as I entered the bathroom next to the breakfast buffet room. Waitresses stood around waiting for something to do.. Can clearly see it needs better management.
There’s plenty of excellent, new hotels in Wuxi for a similar price. Pullman should be concerned that this is their brand.

Mike went above and beyond to make sure my experience was seamless and enjoyable — from offering local recommendations to checking in personally to ensure I was comfortable. His professionalism and genuine care for guests are what make this hotel shine.
The hotel itself is well designed, with spacious rooms that are very comfortable. The facilities, including the fitness center and indoor pool, were immaculate and well-maintained. I also thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast buffet — a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options that catered to both Western and Asian tastes.

The location is a bit away from the town. A 10 minutes walking distance to the Wanda shopping mall.
