位置一流，在房间可直接俯瞰蠡湖，超赞。虽然设施有点陈旧，但还是很乾净的。而且在阳台可以远眺惠山古镇的塔，很不错。

Althouhh, the hotel is currently under partially renovation and construction. I had an excellent stay at this hotel, thanks to the very friendly front desk staff and the exceptionally kind servers in the first-floor restaurant waiters. However, at the restaurant checkout process was marred by an incident. When my foreign-issued Amex Platinum card had a routine processing difficulty, the cashier did not attempt to troubleshoot. She reacted with visible impatience and incorrectly claimed the card was declined for insufficient funds. This was a disappointing contrast to the otherwise superb service standards upheld by the rest of the staff.

非常满意的出行酒店，地理位置优越，环境宜人，餐饮和酒店客服都很nice，工作人员思思服务热情贴心，体贴周到，细致入微，酒店虽然时间比较老但是入住一点都不会有这种感受，磁场很好，是非常满意的选择

来无锡玩，选了这家酒店，酒店位置很好，楼下就是蠡园，可以逛逛，吃完早饭还可以去喂海鸥，不用去鼋头渚人挤人啦，边上还有个水上摩天轮，酒店早餐品种丰富，味道好，下次来还会选这家

酒店位置非常好，就在蠡湖公园旁边，景色优美，交通便利，去鼋头渚打车6、7分钟，距离地铁4号线蠡湖大桥站600多米，步行不到十分钟，去惠山古镇坐6站，去无锡大剧院只有一站。环蠡湖观光专线（卡皮巴拉观光车）就在酒店楼下。
酒店服务细致入微，提前打电话沟通有无特殊情况需要提供帮助，到酒店后非常贴心地给升级了房型，房间里还准备了欢迎水果，非常暖心！
房间乾净衞生，宽敞明亮，窗外湖景极佳，床品舒适，休息的很好。
早餐品质好，品种丰富，有不少口味正宗的地方特色美食，比外面的好吃，就是住两天根本吃不全。
