优势：酒店就在三号线2号口出口直走，去无锡站、惠山古镇、南禅寺、无锡博文馆等都很方便。房间很大，打扫得很乾净。特别是淋浴房超级大，就是里面的卷帘有点儿霉迹。深夜食堂一如既往地贴心，粥熬??非常稠，好喝。矿泉水可以按需提供。
不足：去过其他亚朵，有欢迎水果还有茶饮料之类，这里没有。房间的衣柜设定不合理，半柜设计，导致有的衣服无法平铺悬挂，需要对摺。去过的武汉亚朵，延迟退房非常客气，甚至主动提出可以到15：00。这里13：40就来提醒退房。可能和国庆有关吧。总体还是喜欢亚朵的。

房间乾净整洁，前台服务生，男孩女孩都特别热情，因为是外地去无锡不太知道去哪吃，前台服务小帅哥热情告诉我们，还有入住当天房间里面没有放饮料，退房的时候寻思试试管前台要，退房时间比较早，前台服务员给我们准备好4瓶饮料，服务态度特别好，之後来无锡还在她家住，之前去了一个评分高的，结果去了特别失望，这家评分虽然比哪家低点，但是要哪家好很多，真是一家服务特别好的酒店，酒店位置也好，附近好多吃的，还有地铁，下次有机会还来，希望携程多推荐这家酒店

刚到前台，小姐姐就递上一杯热茶的时候，其实挺意外的，旅途一身疲惫，那杯茶真的挺暖心。
房间整洁，床品很舒服，软硬刚好，一觉睡到天亮。
退房的时候，工作人员又贴心地递了一瓶温水，説“路上慢点”。
细节不多，但都刚好在心坎上。不是那种刻意的服务，是自然流露的体贴。住得很安心。

I like this hotel! Excellent location with plenty of restaurants nearby. The rooms are quite large and stylish and the beds are comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Hotel is very near Xufeng station, where there is direct metro line to Wuxi Main Station, Wuxi Xinqu station and the local airport. There is also a few massage spas close to the hotel.
Jimu room is very clean and spacious for one person, decor is great with city view. Design is tasteful. The bedding is very comfortable to sleep on, pillows are good quality memory foam and mattress is bery supportive. Airconditioning is good and strong providing comfort in summer time.
Laundry service is available on site, breakfast style is very localised and can give you a taste of local cuisine if you are pressed for time. There is a supper service where complimentary porridge is arranged for all guests…the porridge is a good supper alternative for those with weaker stomaches.
Very satisfied with the room, would opt to stay again next time coming to Wuxi.

I had a fantastic stay at Atour X and would gladly return if I visit Wuxi again. The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient—right next to the metro exit—which made getting around the city a breeze. The staff were warm, helpful, and went the extra mile by offering me a complimentary room upgrade upon check-in. My room was spacious, well-maintained, and provided a very comfortable stay. The surrounding neighborhood was vibrant, with plenty of dining options and even a cinema just a short walk away. I was also pleasantly surprised by the breakfast spread; the porridge and coffee were particular highlights. Overall, it was a thoroughly enjoyable experience that exceeded my expectations.
