地点很好，非常靠近地铁站。去哪都方便。
前台小姐姐人非常nice！！我的快递有问题，小姐姐帮我打电话给快递小哥。当天中午就送过来了。
酒店含早餐。选项也挺多的，每天都有几道热菜。配上热粥，整个早上都暖暖的！
唯一要吐槽的事房间有股厕所味。每天回到房间就闻到，前面以为是我们房间的厕所堵了。结果住了四晚都没堵，可是就一直有味道。每天都在开窗通风去味道。

入住7天，提前和酒店説需要安静的房间，安排了靠居民区方向的13楼，关上窗户虽然还有一点声音，可以接受，酒店服务不错，有需求都会第一时间响应。房间装修的很人性化，洗脸盆旁边的导台设计很实用，电视旁边有一排的层架，方便放零零碎碎的东西。早餐不错。地铁口，出行方便。唯一不满意的是水龙头，太紧了，打开时不方便。旁边的柏曼是同一家的，装修风格一样，楼层低一些。

The least comfortable hotel I've ever stayed at. It is SO noisy and even if you open the windows and ask the staff to turn the heating off, there is basically no airflow so it is very stuffy in the room. I woke up feeling like I had a fever or that it was summer because of that. In addition, being right next to the highway, it is super loud and there was a weird dinging sound the entire night (the elevator)? I had the worst sleep of my life at this hotel. On top of that, I asked for a 30-minute extension for check-out. While they gave it to me, they said, "Okay! Just give us a good review and we won't charge you a fee." While I was tardy, I generally don't get told that kind of stuff since it's only half an hour late, usually people are very understanding and say, "take your time; there's no rush." Here, it seemed like it was some kind of favor?
Additionally, the room is really bright even at night. The bathroom light (underneath the sink) can't be turned off; I tried every switch. It's very hard to sleep and I cannot underscore that this is one of the worst hotels I've stayed at; a really uncomfortable guest experience. The picture where you can see the bathroom has iPhone's brightening effect. So in reality, it's not as bright as the picture, but it was still really bright to the point that it was hard to fall asleep.

Room was clean and hotel has great amenities. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Heating function in room was slow though.

The echarm hotel is situated middle of the city and very convenient to travel by metro coz just beside Taihu metro station… and hotel staff also helpful
