Enjoyed our stay here! Walkable distance from metro station. Some nice food downstairs (especially the xlb store). Hotel checked us in when we reached early. Service from the ladies at the reception was very good, fast delivery when requested for items to room as well. Free washing machine and dryers provided. When there was a queue for it, hotel sent a staff to help with the washing and drying. Very very good service!
One thing that can be improved is the air conditioning. Booked 2 rooms, aircon in 1 room was faulty and checked room the 2nd night but that room had cigarette smell (inconsiderate guest). Reception applologied and sent us back with gift.
Would definitely consider staying again when I'm back here!

I really loved the hotel. Everything from the helpful and friendly front desk staff to the room were perfect. Breakfast is reach and there weren’t many people so I could enjoy the meal in calm atmosphere. The smell in the lobby is the other thing, so nice, smells like a real vacation :) they even gave me a gift upon check-in. Good location: not far from the train station, not far from the pedestrian street. I would totally recommend it to my friends to stay.
They even called me to notice about the breakfast busy hours and recommended me better time to come for breakfast. That’s was really nice.
