The hotel location is strategic, convenient if you want to take metro or taxi. Staff is very friendly and helpful, provide all information when approach them, breakfast is OK, they have laundry room that wash and dry clothes which is very important for traveller. Unlimited mandarin oranges, drink at iobby. Inside room provide oranges sweets. All shampoo shower gel hand saop smell oranges as well, big and clean room, recommended to stay.

Good location at the centre of Wuxi. Staff is friendly and helpful.Though I m a Indian they really help us for everything that was requested.

good service ... better to use shenglimen or donglin plaza metro stop directly from the wuxi train station if one is having multiple luggage

The hotel is located about 10minutes away from Sanyang Plaza, with not many shops around. Good views from a high floor but the facilities were a bit outdated. Room was large and comfortable. Overall a short but good stay.

The hotel cleanliness was good and location was proper too, the negative things about this hotel is limited option for breakfast, honestly it was poor
