酒店从前台到迎宾到门衞协管大爷、都特别热情、好客耐心给你旅行中的疑问做参考、就像朋友。保洁大姐也勤快不停在打扫。房间乾净舒适，布局很适合外出旅行又不需要太贵的朋友，性价比超高、下不来还住这里。??

如家酒店下面的品牌，第一次体验，非常不错。酒店位於老城区中心，交通出行方便，附近有地铁。市内各商业街区或景点打卡之地都能步行或网约车，地铁直达。酒店周边当地特色餐饮选择性很，酒店对面的楼兰餐厅就非常不错好吃。酒店内部装饰高雅整洁客房虽不大，但乾净整洁衞生，设施齐全，但（房间里如能安装个小夜灯就更好了）。酒店接待小妹及服务员都非常客气热情周到。非常不错的酒店，下次有机会还会选择这里入住。

説实话乌鲁木齐的酒店我选了很久，距离大巴扎近的太贵了，便宜的又太远了。好幸运最终选到了艾扉酒店，连的士司机师傅都夸我好会选酒店，地理位置超级棒。説酒店所在的位置是以前还没有大巴扎的时候乌鲁木齐最繁华的地方。酒店楼下就有好多吃饭的地方，想吃美食根本不用走太远。旁边就有地铁站，出行也非常方便，打车去大巴扎和和田二街领馆巷就是起步价。酒店的服务非常好，连打扫衞生的大姐都会关心我们叫晚上多穿件衣服再出门，前台的小姐姐还送了早餐。我真的要夸下酒店的早餐，我们是最後从乌鲁木齐返程，这家酒店的早餐是此次新疆之旅所有酒店里最好的，品种丰富，味道可口，老爸老妈赞不绝口。不过酒店的房间不是很大，淋浴只有花洒没有顶喷，洗脸池也比较小，但是跟价格和地理位置比起来我觉得已经非常超值了。

在新疆报团游玩以後，预留了两天在新疆自由逛，选择了这家酒店，主要是临近地铁口，一站就是大巴扎，周围吃饭的地方也比较多。
和小孩住了商务大床，乾净且安静有阳光，体验特别好，一觉睡到10点钟。终於休息过来了。
我们的飞机是下午7点的，还很贴心的帮我们把退房时间免费延期到4点，方便我们休息，体验感超级好。

房间很乾净，新新的看着就舒服，服务人员态度很好，停车场提前和前台打电话，会帮你停好，或者陪你停好，酒店早餐丰盛，位置一流，坐地铁一站就到大巴扎，酒店左边巷子口新疆大叔五块钱一根的羊肉串又大个又好吃，买了两次，总比很满意

It was a very nice stay. The room was very clean, the service is professional, the location was awesome (near the metro station + delicious restaurants are opposite).

All the staffs were so friendly and helpful, especially the front desk. We were attended by pretty and cute Xiao Mu (I hope I got her name right) She makes us feel at home. She is so polite.
We like room 211 just besides the laundry room, easy for us to do our laundry. Unfortunately, the air-conditioning breaks down. I hope they fix it by now.
We were moved to Room 611. We tried to switch on the TV, but it was not working. Informed the front desk, and was told they will send someone to check, but that someone never came. Anyway, whether the TV works or not it’s not so important for us. Maybe we didn’t know how to switch it on.
What matter is when your guests informed of something is not functioning, it has to be looked into as soon as possible. Sometimes, this little issues can make your guests either happy or upset. A little room for improvement ??
If ever I am back in Urumqi, I will stay at this hotel again. Keep it up Aifeng Hotel!!

The hotel's location was superb. There are lots of happenings around this area. Bazaar is one stop away from the hotel. Customer Service was good. They helped to arrange a take-away breakfast for me on our last day, knowing we had to depart early.

The reception is not friendly and helpful . I have been told that the first room I have checked in hasn’t been occupied or cleaning up for a week. I was sent to another room after I complained to the manager.
