敢相信吗？这是香格里拉酒店给客人套房配置的水果水准！嘉里管理层应该重视了！昨天下午拔到这个发霉有毒橙子洗了很久手??，真的很担心病菌传染！

环境：风景挺好的，跨年夜去的话正好 沿着海河走回来的
衞生：整体不错
设施：电视只能播放衞视，不能投屏看

第一次入住天津的香格里拉，老牌酒店质量还是有保证，没有选错，工作人员的服务态度都很好，门口工作人员主动拿行李! ?? 前台很专业，效率高! 房间也超级满意!! 尤其健身房超级大，器械种类也很多!! 跑步机这方向一整面都是落地大玻璃窗，我最喜欢的就是这样明亮的健身房，而且跑步机很先进，屏幕上可以选择不同国家的各种地貌和环境，让跑步充满了乐趣，又长了知识点。超级赞!!??最后离店时让礼宾部帮忙寄快递，也非常满意工作人员的态度，主动帮我包装! 餐厅早上没来得及去吃，所以无法评价，但是整个入住体验真的很棒，强烈推荐!!????h

酒店坐落在海河旁，窗外景色赏心悦目。作为星级酒店，没有提供浴袍，浴室、衞生间也没有单独的换气系统，电视设备老旧，就有点不尽人意了。好在酒店的服务人员态度好，办理入住和客房服务都很高效，临近圣诞节了，酒店大堂布置的很有气氛，小朋友很开心。是一次愉快的体验。

第2次入住这个酒店了。当时想的就是香格里拉的早餐非常棒，吃得好一点，多一点，靠谱一点。结果还是挺失望的。早餐的品种没有以前多了，品质也没有以前那么好了，服务也非常普通。客房的窗户望出去，海河的夜景还是非常漂亮的。

Absolutely disgraceful for a so-called five-star hotel. The service was shockingly poor from the very start. There was no doorman to help with luggage — completely unacceptable for a Shangri-La. When I asked at check-in, they casually claimed there was a doorman, but clearly he couldn’t be bothered. The front desk’s attitude was already unfriendly, and only after some reluctance did they offer to send our bags up. We waited over ten minutes and had to call twice before they finally arrived.
Check-in was equally unimpressive: just handing me a room key with no introduction, no explanation, no welcome. For a hotel at this price point, that’s a joke. On top of that, we had three guests, and every other hotel we stayed at automatically provided extra toiletries without us asking. Here, they didn’t even acknowledge it, and we had to request additional sets and wait for quite a long time. Completely careless and inattentive.
And the amenities are outdated to the point of embarrassment: a ridiculously tiny TV, an ancient hairdryer, and nothing that remotely feels five-star. Honestly, it felt cheap and neglected.
On top of all this, the overall atmosphere was cold and unwelcoming, as if Asian guests don’t deserve proper service. It felt discriminatory and insulting. Ironically, at check-out, staff suddenly put on smiles which feels absolutely a joke.
The only star goes to the view from the room. Other than that, a total disappointment. Never again. By choosing this hotel, you’re only supporting their poor service and discriminatory behavior. Spend your money somewhere that actually values guests.

We enjoyed our stay in the Shanghai-La and booked an executive room which meant we got the lounge access which is definitely worth the extra.
The service was very good throughout, the room and food were excellent. The spa was also lovely and not too busy. In terms of location I probably wouldn’t stay again as a tourist as it felt a bit further from the popular spots, there weren’t many places a short walk away. However it would be perfect for a business traveller.

因自驾开车回上海，途径天津，特意安排了两晚入住香格里拉酒店，并特意选择了豪车阁房型。
谈一下感受：
一，地理位置那是没说的，君临天下，坐拥海河之巅的意境，与伦敦的香格里拉酒店眼观泰唔士河有同工之妙。
二，因为恰逢抗疫期间，酒店只接待了极少数长期住客。我观察到，其服务极细致，防疫非常到位。
三，行政酒廊的下午茶与晚上的欢乐时光餐食品质高。
总之，来天津，住香格里拉酒店很值，性价比也高。
