这次出差来到了天津，还担心西青没有好酒店呢，结果一来到假日酒店发现比亚朵之类的好太多了，不但房间乾净无异味 而且泳池也是恒温的，马路对面就是大商场，吃饭购物遛娃都特别方便！尤其是前台办理入住的张成伟小姐姐特别体贴，看我带孩子不方便 帮我升级房间又帮忙拿枕头的，服务真的特别好！无论是从酒店环境，还是服务真是没得説，真是感激出门遇贵人！

Bed was super comfortable but the shower had no hot water. Due to the limited English of the staff I could not explain my issue so I had my entire stay with cold showers.

The air conditioning was ineffective; it only produced airflow but no cool air, leading to a very uncomfortable night where I slept with sweat.
On a more positive note, I found the hotel's location incredibly convenient for shopping, and dining.

people were smoking in non-smoking areas. Staff did not tell them to stop. People were smoking in restrooms and on non-smoking floors.
