The pictures for this property makes it appear well kept. It was a huge disappointment. The staff was the only thing deserving of 5 stars. They were very friendly and attentive.

They lost their liquor license so you couldn’t get a drink at the Safari Club. If I’d known that ahead of time, I probably would have stayed somewhere else.

Great location for using the Thermopolis hot springs and spa. The property was dated but acceptable. Very nice staff.

Convenient and affordable place to stay for the night providing great location to Hot Springs State Park. The hot tub was spring fed and a wonderful amenity to have for a late night soak. It’s a little outdated and could use new flooring but all the pictures and vibe of the place made it such a wonderful stay.

We really enjoyed our quick visit, sad however the pool wasn’t running. Only because the hot tub is smaller so we didn’t get the chance to use it as it was occupied.
