多次入住了，一如既往的服务好风景好。这次带父母来度假，完美避开国庆假期的汹涌人潮，长者家很满意。最喜欢的就是1楼的超大泳池，一家老小玩的很开心。特别早要赞一下的是晚餐的油泼麪，非常劲道，每次来都必点。
唯一不太能理解的是，康乐中心的乒乓球等项目，住客也要另外收费，这些并不需要额外增加人力物力等成本的娱乐项目，不应该是五星级酒店的标配么？

环境安静舒适，可能是酒店建立比较早，房间不大设施也很一般，跟其他五星还是有差距的，洗衣收费而且过了晚上9点就无服务了

You will be greated by the grand hall when walking in. The concierge are very courteous with an impeccable level of service. The guards will salute you when you exit the compound.
It is incredible to be able to experience living in this accommodation. Olympic sized swimming pool and other sports facility are available as well.

整个山庄绿化率达到了90％多，环境非常舒适，空气清新，旁边就是西丽湖和西丽高尔夫。服务也很好，特别感谢小梁经理，专门载我们转了一圈，并介绍麒麟山庄的一些情况和历史，感觉很不错！

环境舒适悠闲，远离人烟， 宁静优雅， 湖光山色， 有多项活动如 泳池、 网球场等， 老少咸宜， 可悠闲度日。 还有哥尔夫球车载住客游山庄， 所有职员服务生态度良好。 饮食方面就没有多拣择，只是很普通， 但很新鲜尤其是沙拉。现今不过千元 一晚 包早餐性价比高！ 此价钱可以再来一游！

The overall service is good in a beautiful environment and breakfast has lots of choices. However, there is no air conditioning in the room, it's very warm and uncomfortable. We called the front desk and was told the air conditioning is off for the whole block. We have to keep the balcony door opened to bring in fresh air but then there is work going on outside and quite disturbing if you want to take some rest. Not sure what is the hotel's policy on providing air conditioning. Does it provided based on the temperature or the season?
Will only consider to return on colder months when air conditioning is not a concern.
