最近住到满意的酒店，酒店设施具备，一楼的小南洋餐厅也非常好吃。更加的是交通便利，周边就是万象城，对我们的需求很方便。印象很深刻的是前台Nancy，很周到体贴

The hotel is in a great location, just a 3-minute walk to MixC, with many restaurants nearby to choose. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and comfortable for three adults. It’s also easy to call a DiDi for pickup from the hotel.

A beautiful hotel nearby MixC if you are someone who loves high class shopping. Just take the left side of the hotel, go straight and you will find lovely cafes.
Do expect that price can be a bit high.
We were given a late check out 3pm by Elsa Zhen, biggest shout out to her for being kind and understanding.
The other highlight is the hotel professionalism, from the bell boy to the staffs who brought up / down our luggages together with our ironed clothes, they handled it so well, from opening the didi door car and hotel door etc.
We didnt receive such treatment in other hotels, kudos to Mumian.
Japanese smart toilet with auto bidet, great !

强烈推荐罗湖木棉花酒店！这次入住体验直接拉满，必须重点夸夸前台小南和酒店内的小南洋东北餐厅！
前台小南的服务真的太贴心了，完全是“事事有回应、件件有着落”的典范！入住时主动帮忙提行李，耐心讲解房间设施和周边出行攻略，连附近性价比高的商超都一一告知；中途想额外要个枕头，打电话后不到5分钟就送到房间，还细心询问是否需要调整高度，全程笑容满面、态度亲切，让出门在外的人倍感温暖。退房时效率超高，核对讯息、退还按金一气呵成，还贴心递上湿巾和瓶装水，细节处尽显专业与用心。
酒店内的小南洋东北餐厅更是意外之喜，把南洋风情与东北风味完美融合！招牌锅包肉外酥里嫩，粉条超入味；解腻又爽口。菜品份量扎实，摆盘精致，餐厅环境带着南洋复古风情，藤编装饰搭配暖黄灯光，用餐氛围超舒服。
从贴心服务到美味佳肴，罗湖木棉花酒店都没让人失望，下次来罗湖还选这里，也会推荐给朋友！
