深圳最差的酒店体验。房间和设施陈旧破败，虽然有一些针对小孩的游乐设施，但整体不值。小童游乐室需要额外收费200元人民币，完全不值得，空间不大而且很旧，还不如去外面的Meland玩。最主要的是服务态度极差，我在中国住过那么多酒店，从来没遇到过服务这么差的。小火车司机超级不耐烦，对小孩和客人一点都不友好。退房叫出租车时，完全没有行李员帮忙搬行李到车上，他们就站在远处装作没看见。餐厅也很奇怪，我们想点单点菜，他们説厨师不够，不能做（感觉就是想强推自助餐）。早餐自助餐乱糟糟的，食物一般，还要排队，每早至少等20-30分钟，超级失望。牛排餐厅还算可以，但服务员答应帮我家小孩问问有没有草莓味冰淇淋，问完之后就再也没回来过。

很满意的一次住宿。房间整洁明亮，有阳台，浴室宽敞，还有独立的衣帽间。
自助晚餐款式选择少，味道也一般，比其他五星酒店差了不是一星半点。可以下单让厨师额外准备食物，但没有菜单，只能每次问能不能煮。厨师额外煮的食物味道还是不错的。
印象最深刻的是酒店职员的服务态度，我给五星。自助早餐因为座位已满，餐厅职员有礼貌地问我们愿不愿意到中餐厅那边吃，沿途也一直说着不好意思，不断回头看我们有没有跟上。感觉到他对住客的尊重。
另外，也想赞扬一下室内儿童游乐场的一位中年男职员。（因为不是直接与他交谈，我没有看到他的名牌）我看到有个小男孩跌倒，他妈妈在旁边安慰，可是男孩还是继续哭。职员小跑过来询问情况，不仅问妈妈可否让他给孩子检查有否受伤，也温柔地问孩子可否给他看看哪里受伤了。之后还鼓励男孩：「我们男孩子要勇敢一点！」我觉得这位职员很专业啊！

酒店员工服务态度非常良好，自助早餐和晚餐的食材新鲜及味道一流，酒店设施保养非常好，从华侨城地铁站只需要5分钟便到达酒店，酒店位置便利。洲际酒店总是一个有保证的?品牌。

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Intercontinental Shenzhen. It is family focused, very clean, rooms are spacious, food is good (especially the breakfast) & there is PLENTY to keep young people occupied. The man-made beach is a HIT for kids and adults alike (complete with pirate ship and swim up bar). We didn’t know that the Chinese Cultural Village is next door & you can access it from this hotel if you have tickets. We will be doing that next time & we will be back! The best hotel we have stayed in since arriving in Shenzhen!
