饭店服务人员很好，房间有浴缸很棒，缺点是便利店稍远一点，大门外有无人商店但品项不多，急用可以，要吃饭可以到天虹购物中心，步行约15分钟左右。

酒店员工的服务非常好 ;
但缺点是房间内的毛巾和浴巾...一点香味都没有,好像放了很长时间,而且有些奇怪的异味,感觉非常奇怪; 希望酒店能够跟进和改善 !!!!!

Great stay but their floor 8 executive lounge was closed. I got coupons for a single beer per night for happy hour. The buffet was much better during the week compared to the weekend. The rainbow mall with a grocery store and dozens of food options is an easy walk; about a 10-15 minutes. Floor 10 view was nice, overlooking trees and calmer area of SZ. Very comfortable and spacious room. Gym is good and has free weights, machines and several treadmills. The concierge was good and arranged a taxi for me a couple times. Will stay again.
