I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The room was impeccably clean and offered a stunning view that enhanced my experience. The service was excellent, and I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Yuki, Bella, and Jason for their professionalism and kindness throughout my stay. They truly made my visit memorable with their attentive care. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a great stay!

My girlfriend and I got together with some of her friends to celebrate her birthday. As it was my girlfriend’s birthday, the hotel staff upgraded us to en-suite room which had a perfect seating area for our two guests where we could all sit to eat, drink, and chat.
A special thank you to Bella, Yuki, Jason, and Shirley. Thank you for delivering our cake in person, instead of using the robot, to ensure our cake didn’t get lopsided. Thank you also, for going wethrough the trouble of going to the nearest convenience store and buying a lighter for us (we didn’t have a lighter to light the candles on the cake)

酒店环境不错 房间也很漂亮 有一个露台 三人房间有2个厕所有淋浴跟浴缸 洗手间里面虽然只有一个吹风机 不过如果有需要是可以打电话到前头再要一个吹风机 .自助餐也有很多选.

满意点很多，
1??服务
首先一到酒店门口，门僮大哥就出来接行李了，而且态度好，説话友好，身上没有烟味儿，
其次，前台小姐姐比如Yuki和Jaycee都给我留下了好印象，尤其是卷发小姐姐很奈斯，详细介绍和解答问题
2??衞生和隔音
很乾净整洁，隔音效果很好，能安静休息，需要开会也有会议室可以使用，很棒！
3??周围环境
地理位置不错，楼下就可以逛吴冠中的展，还有陈鹏鹏美食餐厅，已经酒吧
4??设施
有健身房，有早餐，唯一的建议是请完成在大厅放个指示牌，有的i人不想一直开口问路。

地点方便，设施及装修也很新，特别赞赏员工的服务，前台接待 Yuki，Bella，Janice，在门口的接待，而早餐餐厅的员工十分亲切友善，服务专业。而这个社区也很舒服，期待下次再次到访

非常有惊喜，去到大堂已经觉得像酒店多於公寓，环境很好，房间很大，好乾净，早餐多选择，而且好吃，服务周到，退房後打车因落雨，员工立即准备雨伞一起等待，仲帮忙拎行李及遮埋我地上车，非常好，有机会会再来

房间设施很齐全，清洁衞生也很专业，房间乾净衞生，很舒适，周边环境很便捷。办入住的时候前台的Jacyee和Vivian 非常专业热情，帮我们解决身份证的问题。之後想要多延迟一个小时退房，前台的小刘和小孙也非常热心，很快替我们办理。服务员都特别nice，特别是yuki，Shirley，jason，Bella特别友好有耐心，整个入住体验感觉非常棒。大厅值班的工作人员杨哥也很热心，帮我们搬了很多行李，服务很好

房间设施新，厨具设备齐全，酒店不近地铁站，楼下有个商场Qplex，但人流不多。曾向前台表达淋浴间去水堵塞，前头职员说马上派员去检查和清洁，我亦已挂牌表示"请打扫房间"，但晚上返回酒店後该挂牌原封不动，显然无人执搭或处理。最终我自己清理了去水口的毛发等堵塞物，十分呕心。感觉服务员不到位，旁边房间和上层打扫房间时，大力移动家具，有点嘈，整体服务有待改善。但前台职员也很有礼貌道歉，并说下次入住可安排免费房间升级和早餐，我应该也会再次入住。

The 2-bedroom apartment was spacious and clean. The location may seemed out of the way from the other parts of Shenzhen town but everything is about 15-20 minutes taxi ride away, however I did enjoy the area as it was located next to a mall (did not explore much but there's mcdonalds, subway and quite some other restaurants; no shopping though) and lots of greenery and open area for kids to run around in the morning. Area is still developing so expect some constructions around (no noise in the apartment). Staffs were friendly and helpful. The only negative feedback I would have is that the toilet clogs easily (guest bathroom).
