The room is small especially for 2 large luggage but upon check-in the front desk did offer us an upgrade to a bigger room but informed us that the view from the bigger room will not be that nice. Hence we chose the better view and it did not let us down. The view was amazing.
The shower room was a total let down. Not sure who designed it in such a way where the shower head is pointed directly at the door and the door is not fully sealed or water proof hence after each shower, the floor directly outside the shower room is always wet and slippery. And this is a 5 star rated hotel. Upon check out, the front desk did explain that they understood and have plans for renovations soon.
The location is great. Basement L2 is linked directly to the train station and the mall across the road. There is also a Walmart nearby.
Their laundry room is a nightmare. Only 3 sets of washing machines and 2 were seen leaking water on 2 separate occasions. And their local guests were not mindful of the timing to collect their clothes.
This hotel co-exists with other condominiums hence out of 6 lifts, only 3 is reserved for the hotel and 1 out of 3 is co-shared as well.

这次入住酒店体验整体都可以，一进大堂Jerry给办理入住，还带看房间。主要是这个酒店的位置很好，离地铁口很近，出行的时候很便捷。房间还可以，可以看到深圳湾。

酒店房间住的很满意 前台Felix还帮忙升级了房型 房间住的也非常舒适 地铁站就在酒店楼下负二楼通行非常方便 前台还有一杯免费的咖啡可以领取 非常不错的一家酒店

在深圳找酒店住就选择这家酒店 前台服务很好 专业 也很有耐心 房间很明亮 一进门感觉到非常的舒适 床上用品也很好 还有乳胶枕和其他的枕头提供 非常不错

地铁几个站就到海上世界，要走也走得到，附近有四海公园，也走远些到蛇口老街，附近南油衣服批发中心，走走看看。

这家中旅旗下的酒店入住还是非常不错的 酒店的楼层也高 一进门房间也非常舒适 房间里也没有味道 前台Felix服务也很不错 一个订单还有一杯免费的咖啡可以领取 入住的非常满意的。

酒店很不错，听説是去年10月份开业的，设施设备都很新，里面都是智能客控，非常的方便，前台小涛服务，嗯，热情周到，印象比较深刻。周边还有许多的景点，海上世界和深圳湾公园都非常的不错。

酒店住的不错，是中国旅游集团旗下品牌，房间设计布置非常好，还有小度智能客控，用起来非常方便，前台小涛服务员非常热情友好，隔壁做咖啡的同事（应该姓王）也很友好，周边有许多商场，闲时可以逛逛街，散散步，非常不错。

早餐在三楼，办理入住时，服务员都会介绍一些房间相关讯息，用餐的话需要带房卡。房间朝深圳湾口岸，白天景色会好看一点，Jerry办理速度很快，整体都不错。

最近几天天气非常好，昨天外面有咖啡区可以座，可以到大堂点杯咖啡很惬意。Jerry前台办理入住时服务还不错，房间有帮忙安排一个雅致房间，有需要可以联系前台。
