The hotel has good facilities but obviously lacks maintenance. The sofa in the lobby is stained and the lifts feel dirty. The management is in a mess for both check in process and the breakfast in the restaurant. It seems the staffs are untrained as they just randomly talked about everything loudly in front of guests while keeping them waiting for the check in.The restaurant is understaffed as nobody is cleaning the tables and fixing the sole coffee machine.

We arrived at the hotel after 9:30pm, access to the shopping centre was closing. Most of the stores were closing except a few street vendors. We were welcomed by the front desk staff. The room is smaller than our expectation but well decorated and functional. We had a great breakfast in the morning and with a great view of Nanshan. Overall very satisfied with our stay.
