The front desk and room service service is good! Attached to 2 small shopping mall. ?But the location is very far from city or tourist spot! We took about 30-40min to our tourist spots. Ie CBD and Tong Meng Pedestrian Street. taxi fare cost us RMB 28-45 per trip. Oh ya, I think they should change the design of their chair in the room, the chair balancing no good, try to sit there, bend down and wear your shoes. You will definitely fell to front! (Refer photo of the chair as below).

I stayed a total of seven nights. I was very impressed by the care put into every detail by the hotel, from the design and maintenance of the room, to the service quality of the staff. All of the hotel staff I encountered were consistently warm and helpful, and exceptionally proactive in offering extra services or items to make the guest's stay more comfortable and convenient. This included the staff at the concierge (e.g., 小周, 小邓, Lily, Niki, Nick, and others), as well as the cleaners. I felt very warm and taken care of at the hotel. The room itself was clean, comfortable and tastefully designed, and fully equipped with all that you could need (and more). Everything was of superb quality. I felt a true sense of abundance staying at Genpla. I appreciate my wonderful experience at Genpla and would love to return again. The only issue I had was that the handle of my brand new expensive suitcase incurred three scratches from the staff's careless handling while it was stored at the concierge. This was quite frustrating.
The hotel is conveniently connected to the mall 塘朗城广场, which is in turn connected to Tanglang metro station, making it very easy to travel around by metro and also access a range of eateries and shops in the area - at 塘朗城广场 as well as a bigger mall across the road (also linked via the metro) named 宝能环球汇(西丽店).

从前台到客房服务，每一位工作人员都彬彬有礼、响应迅速。入住时Zane主动帮忙升级了房型，还详细介绍了酒店设施和周边讯息，让人倍感温暖，必须五星好评！

房间挺好的，姐妹们称为景观房～酒店早餐也很丰富，服务员态度很好，热情地帮忙拿行李，指引办理入住～酒店楼下就是商场和地铁，吃、住、行都超级方便～下次来，还住这里！

This is my fourth stay. As expected, Felix is attentive and most friendly. I asked for a package, and he safely stored it for me. It's clean and comfortable, worthy of a five-star hotel. Good to stay??

这次来深圳出差，在君璞酒店连住五天，非常满意，必须五分好评！房间整洁舒适，各类设施一应俱全，不管是洗漱用品还是家居配置都很贴心，用起来顺手又方便，完全能满足我长时间出差的日常需求。而且酒店整体环境明亮通透，待在房间里的每一天都觉得很舒心。更值得一提的是这里的服务，从入住到离店全程无槽点！前台Niki尤其贴心，事事都安排得周到妥帖，让人感觉特别温暖。其他工作人员也都热情友善，有需求时的及时响应，都让人好感倍增，最打动我的是，因为行程临时变动，酒店还主动帮我协调了延迟退房，省去了我不少麻烦。不管是住宿环境还是服务质量，这家酒店都给我留下了深刻印象。下次再来深圳出差，一定还会选择这里！

作为多次入住的回头客，必须给君璞酒店打满分好评！酒店地理位置堪称一绝，地处南山区核心位置，楼下就是地铁站，出行完全不用愁。不管是商务通勤还是旅游出行都超方便，尤其赶高铁的话，去深圳北站仅需十多分钟，对时间紧张的商务人士太友好了。重点夸夸前台经理Felix，服务真的贴心到心坎里。每次入住都会提前帮我安排好房间，细节处的关怀让人倍感温暖。客房环境也没得挑，安静雅致，完全没有嘈杂的干扰，房间打扫得一尘不染，设施配备齐全，柔软的床品更是让人一夜好眠，疲惫感一扫而空。周边配套也很加分，靠近大学城，浓浓的学术氛围让人身心舒畅。楼下就是宝能城和塘朗城两大商场，餐饮、购物选择丰富多样，日常吃饭逛街都不用跑远，生活便利性拉满。整体性价比超高，不管是商务出行还是休闲旅游，都是南山区住宿的优选。已经把这家酒店列入我的常驻清单，下次来深圳还会选这里！

再次入住君璞酒店，总体非常满意。楼下就有商场、地铁，出行很便捷。前台赖经理服务很贴心，帮我安排了很安静的房间，早上也非常安静，房间床品舒适，很柔软，还新增了小度音箱，可以智能控制灯光、窗帘开关这些，非常的智能化，设施很齐全。下次有机会一定会再来，满分好评，推荐给大家！
