D型房间很舒适和安静，提供静音拖鞋、饮料和小吃，可以使用加湿器和香薰，无限播放无印良品的经典音乐。床铺、座厕、风筒也不错，可惜浴室里的插头位置可能被用坏了，一直插不进去。3楼的共用空间也很适合休息或聊天并有提供冷水，健身房则提供基本设备。早餐不过不失，包含中西日式，特别一提有关东煮和咖喱饭。

muji酒店位置好找，楼下就是深业上城的商场，
很好逛啊！
住着是安静舒适的，而且乾净衞生
前台人员説话都很温柔，
对接跑腿也会很耐心
不错！

Muji Hotel Shenzhen is truly an excellent hotel. It's conveniently located at the Upperhills Shopping Center, which made shopping and dining at ease. UpperHills offers all kinds of experience that the whole family at different ages can enjoy.
The hotel itself is very clean and spacious. It provides guests with many complimentary drinks and snacks, which can be also be purchased at its Muji Store on site.
I highly recommended staying this hotel for anyone who plans to visit Shenzhen.

Everything is very good and good location except there is not enough light in the bathroom and no ?magnify glass for lady make up. ?That would be appreciated if these can be improved for my next visit.

Lovely hotel. All was good except for the shower and which was extremely weak. Very convenient location in uppers hills and adjacent parks. Nice coffee and comfortable room.

位置方便，接连深业上城，交通和吃喝玩乐都十分便利。
房间整洁，小孩子很喜欢，地方宽敞。
服务员亦乐意帮忙解决住客需要。
自助早餐 性价比高 物超所值！
有机会再来冬瓜岭这边，这里会是首选。

入住的那晚已经挺晚了，check-in 后就出去吃饭。回到酒店准备休息时，发现房间有些状况，确实有点失望。不过因为太夜，也懒得再找客服处理，直接休息算了。
第二天早上，酒店主动联络跟进问题，安排上也算到位，态度不错，多少弥补了前一晚的不快。
地理位置的确非常方便，一出酒店就是商场和餐厅，吃东西、购物都很方便。不过外卖体验一般，很多外送员似乎很难找到位置，加上酒店没有送餐机械人，拿外卖比较麻烦。
早餐就中规中矩吧，选择不算多。唯一让人失望的是没有冰咖啡——这个真的不行！

家人带了2岁的宝宝入住，因为体验很好，多住了一天。酒店周边餐饮，购物、小童游玩设定非常方便快捷。房间很乾净，所有的生活用品都是MUJI的，也准备了MUJI的零食和饮料，有任何需要也可以直接到一楼MUJI的商店和餐厅购买。
