This was a last-minute trip for one night in Shenzhen. The location is excellent, with the bustling Dongmen Pedestrian Street just 500 meters away, offering plenty of dining and drinking options. The hotel breakfast was quite tasty. Aside from the lack of Chinese dim sum, there were options like fried rice noodles, fried rice, and a few stir-fried dishes. Bread and hot noodle soup were also available. The room was upgraded—thanks for the thoughtful gesture. Hygiene, however, could be improved. The bathroom floor and the desk already had stains before check-in. Both check-in and check-out were very quick.

湖贝地铁站离的很近，真的就是走200米左右，出行很方便。里面设施看着也很乾净。整体品牌就在这，希尔顿果然还是希尔顿。房间主要是很乾净。床品看着就很舒服。如果下次有机会还会住希尔顿。

非常棒的酒店，地理位置挺好，旁边有很多的餐馆和商店，离香港边境也不远。Lisa态度好，把房间升级到了更大的房间，即乾净又宽敞，淋浴水流强劲，床和枕头也非常舒服，值得入住

The hotel staff Lucy is nice to offer us a free upgrade of our room. The location is convenient and there is washing machine and dryer available in the hotel that allow guest to do their own laundry for free! The hotel even has a robot that can help to send your ******* food delivery to your doorstep! Special mention to the kind hotel front staff that help us collected our laundry from the dryer when we can’t come back in time to collect them!

酒店的房间乾净衞生，早餐种类丰富而且味道不错，房间内还有沙发，出去回来可以休息。前台William服务周到，帮忙升级了房型还帮忙办理了延迟退房。一次非常舒心的体验，五星好评！

今次是我第一次入住这间 比想像中卫生乾净 早餐方面比起去过咁多酒店较丰富 ?最紧要系房间整洁，对我嚟讲床系最紧要今次体验10分舒适?，唯独房间空调方面可能是冬天关系所以空调风力不大，有点局。但整体感觉非常舒适?

每次来深圳都会选择他们家入住，前台小魏的服务十分专业，每次都会帮我们提前安排好，值得信赖，
房间的衞生乾净整洁且宽敞，价格也适中
早餐的品类也丰富可口，炒菜，汤粉，麪包，咖啡，五谷豆浆，选择还是蛮多的，
酒店周围的可以逛的地方也很多，东门老街，万象城，梧桐山等等...
总之，是一家很不错的酒店！
