Hotel location nearby with high speed rail, train station just walking distance only and very convenient to go everywhere. best location to stay if you are rushing to another place.
The pillow and mattress are quite hard ,not suitable for these ppl sleep with a soft texture pillow &mattress.
So far all good.

房间宽敞明亮，窗户可以开得大些方便通风，收拾的挺乾净；床铺柔软舒适，居住体验挺好的，在火车站旁边，餐厅也多

Fantastic location for border crossing, room was great—spacious, working A/C, big television, bed was comfortable, hot water in shower, working WiFi. Many food options in the basement corridor near the hotel and leads to the MTR for onward travel into Shenzhen. 10/10

It was unexpectedly good! The rooms are large, the design is updated, the bed is comfortable, and the location is excellent.
One thing is not that good is when I take the shower, the water leaks out to the toilet, the door is a bit leaking and so as the sink. There is water coming out on the floor.
And there is no cabinet and safe, but I just want a place to sleep and leave early in the morning, that’s ok for me.
Also, the service desk person doesn’t know Cantonese and English, I’m not good in mandarin……

第一次入住酒店，觉得十分不错，大堂入住手续很快，又有?啡招待，职员有礼，下次到深圳会再帮衬。
酒店附近有个新商场，有得食有得玩，行过去只需5分钟。

房间非常大，住起来很舒服，附近有非常多吃的，距离车站又近，超级方便。每天早餐都很丰富，吃的非常满足，甚至大厅有咖啡可以喝。整体住起来是会回来之后推荐朋友来住的那种。

一出罗湖关口靠左边直走，步行大约二百米便到。大堂明亮，前台职员有礼。办理入住快速。房间清洁卫生度很好。没有灰尘。赞！ 空间感亦十足，布局也合理。床单枕头也清洁。淋シ浴间很大。洗发水及护发素品质也很好。下次一定再入住。

就在深圳站旁边，对于我这种商务客非常方便。周边有2-3个大型商场可以吃饭跟逛逛，罗湖口岸出入境也在300米旁，到香港也很方便。
这个位置很棒！
酒店前台服务态度非常好，房间也算乾净
唯一缺点是，隔音没有太好，外面关门太大声会一直听到
