I’m spending 28 days exploring Shenzhen and can only speak English and Cantonese. Out of the 10 different hotels I’ve stayed in, this one is surprisingly bright, clean, and—when it comes to technology—tops even the 5-star hotels I’ve experienced. The electric toilet, incredible kettle (I’m definitely going to buy one), and shower unit are the best I’ve ever seen. The room is also the brightest I’ve stayed in, including the bathroom/shower area. The location is perfect for visiting the old town/ancient city, but the main shops are at least a 5-minute walk away. The service was fantastic.

The hotel’s cleanliness is acceptable but still has room for improvement. Housekeeping is done daily. It’s about a 10–15 minute walk to the metro, and getting around is convenient.

One night stay at somewhere convenient. Place was relatively easy to find and location is near to the old town. Accommodation is next to a convenience store and near to a hema supermarket with good selection of cooked food and offers salmon sashimi as well. Value for money. Relatively cheap so don't expect hotel standard or gym facilities. Service was good.

这家酒店的入住体验很舒心！工作人员服务格外热情，有需求都能及时响应。设施配置齐全且好用，日常居住很便利。隔音效果尚可，不会被外界噪音过多打扰，全程没遇到大问题。周边环境整洁舒适，整体性价比很高，推荐给计划出行的朋友，下次来还会选择这里！

来文体中心参加活动，这家店位置很好很近，而且就在街面上，晚上回来也感觉安全。热水很方便，一下就能放出来，洗澡也很舒服，智能马桶也很好用。前台小姐姐特别好，人美心善，引导清楚，办理续住也很方便，知道我生病了还关心我有没有其他需要，还帮我搬了行李，能遇到这样的暖心的人和事，旅行都变得更愉快了，匆匆忙忙的忘记拍房间照片了，随手拍了几张前台的照片也是不错滴~~

Very nice hotel, really a best deal. Strategic, clean, comfortable. The front girl, Xiaohu, really helpfull and sweet during my stay. Hope can comeback asap.

The hotel is new and clean. The room was very comfortable, had nice smart technology (Projector, Smart toilet etc.). Stuff was very friendly and helpful. We used translator to communicate, since we don't speak Chinese, and it worked well. In the neighbourhood you can find anything one may need. It's close to ancient city and metro stations. Overall we are really happy that we chose this place and can fully recommend it!
