这次分别住了两天，两天体验都非常好。酒店很乾净！
特别要谢谢自助早餐的金玉娥，苏壁梅，陈小勤，两次的服务真是太好了，好亲切，感觉很温暖，每次都会主动帮忙，笑容满面，好勤力，地方乾净！前台的ekko 也服务很好！主动帮忙笑容满面。
下次来深圳也会入住，也会推荐朋友！

酒店房间非常整洁 前台哥哥十分有礼 待人亲切 值得表扬！因为带上宝宝 酒店安排了联通房间 真的非常感谢！
附近有个大型商场 出外吃东西和购物也十分方便
唯一缺点就系早餐食物唔够热 希望能够改善

The hotel breakfast is top notch , friendly staff at the reception
But near the hotel, there is nothing you could enjoy , no bars or western restaurants

The staff of the hotel is not really helper. I met one front desk, seeing her getting mad when doing the check-in for customers. She keeps on making big noise when surfing those documents. Really rude.

Front desk staff Ekko provided excellent service to us, we were having some problems with the parking and he’s helpful for solving our problems. The room was very new and clean, however, the shampoo was not refilled. Breakfast was good too, will definitely come back again
