Loved it! So close to mtr station!!! The area is quiet. True hotel brand never disappoints. Cleanliness, staff are always so nice and welcoming. The beds are always the most comfortable. You never want to leave. As well you cannot forget the cute food delivery robot!!!

We booked the Leisure Bath Enjoyment Double Bed Room (with Sitting Area, Mobile Screen Casting) for about $666 hkd. A simple room for a one night accommodation which is not bad, as I have seen dirtier hotels. We chose this hotel mainly because we booked last minute, our original booking for another provider was cancelled. As such, most of the hotels were over $800hkd so we decided to give this hotel a try.
Given the price and we are aware this is not like a 4star or 5star hotel our review is not comparing to a 4star or 5star hotel.
The room itself was overall very clean and tidy. However, common area such as our floor 14 is full of smoking smell although it says no smoking. They also have a room on the 14th floor for laundry which has two washers and one dryer (self-serve). The room itself is unfurnished so it’s like an abandoned room with the machines in the middle of the room.
My kids would like to make a compliment how the hotel offers free peppa pig to watch while the other hotels we stayed in require extra fees to pay.
I would say good for a one night accommodation for a family of four. Clean and has everything, spacious.
The bathtub’s water goes very slow and the water isn’t very hot. So by the time we fill the tub its temperature is warm (suitable for children, but may not for adults). The hotel also provided a one time disposable cover for the bathtubs for hygienes. The toilet is multifunction ones with cleaning and warm seat. However, to get to the toilet section you have to bypass the shower section. So it would be sort of wet and messy if someone has just taken a shower and another person that is dry has to go through the shower in order to get to the toilet section.
The hotel is in a neighbourhood. Not really close to any malls. However it is considered convenient for those who doesn’t have really young kids and uses railway as main method of transportation. It’s about 15min taxi ride from Huaqiangbei north area and the WangTee mall.
Service was awesome and with late check out available. The robot delivered our food delivery to us.

小姐姐很温柔细心，免费帮我们升级了房间，房间超级奈斯的！窗外可以直接看到海湾，阳光透亮，阿姨打扫的也很干净！总体来说就是外瑞古德！下次必定还要选秋果！

四个usb插口没一个有电，空调出风口每3分钟发出一次持续10秒的拖拉机声音，完全无法入睡。被子巨厚，把空调温度调10度盖被子都热的出汗，不开空调又热的一头汗，开24、5度不盖被子又吹的脚冷。就不能配一床薄么？就这条件还400多一晚，还不如一百块的小旅馆。

优点：
前台姐姐态度和服务非常好，还升级了房间。
整体环境干净舒服，隔音方面比起其他酒店算是很好了
房间内的饮品免费喝
外卖有机器人帮忙很可爱
缺点：
房间冷气不够冷，必须开了一段很长很长的时间才会有感觉。
沐浴间的水压不够强，而且冷热温度很难掌控。
电视接收信号很慢，基本上是看不了。

酒店服务真的是太贴心了，还给我升级了一个房型，房间舒适干净，酒店设施齐全完善，酒店的位置也非常方便，距离地铁站也非常的近，房间都在高楼层风景也相当不错，强烈推荐大伙入住本酒店！！！！

近上沙地铁站D出口，地下通道未通行，要行地面行人路，过马路沿途都有工程，酒店位置易揾，楼下系办理港澳通行证既，门口大马路有大量的士，酒店冷气够冻，不过有杂声，不断听到咚咚声，酒店外围工地比较嘈，明白工地吾关酒店事，不过晨早7:45已经嘈醒左，体验比较差，隔音一般

Very clean and very comfortable! Great location in Futian district near shopping centers and really straightforward check-in process. They upgraded us upon arrival and were very friendly.

Everything was good! The mattress and pillows are amazing, if we are back in Shenzhen definitely we stay in this hotel again, as well the service was excellent
