第二次住在秋果酒店，难得有机会体验有孩子上下铺床的家庭房，大人小孩都非常满意！酒店地理位置方便，周边很多餐厅超市等店铺，酒店内部环境干净且设施齐全，前台等工作人员的服务水平一流，让我们全家有个愉快的入住体验。期待下次来深圳再次入住这家酒店！

One of the most sophisticated hotel I have been to.
Event though location is in a relatively old neighborhood, the hotel itself is very new and clean.
Room size was okay - decor is great.
Amenities such as toothbrush, charging cable, etc. was all provided.
The closet came with an electronic bidet, warmed seats, and automatic flushing. The shower had a safety step, which is something rare even for 5 star luxury hotels.
They even gave us a fan for a farewell gift. Highly recommended.

I like the room set up. everything you need is available and you will feel comfortable and can relax without worries. its peaceful and quiet and the projector screen in the room gives plus factor in the room. breakfast is good. you can wash your clothes compliments of the hotel at the laundry area. the Front desk ladies are all great and amazing at their job and they are ready to help you with whatever you need. restaurants everywhere in the area. metro train station that is daxin station is around 5-10mins walk. lots of 24hrs shops in the area. its in the old commercial area of shenzhen not the modern one so theres element of vintage vibes in the area.

It’s new and clean. Receptionist is polite, friendly and respectful. Highly recommended. Satisfied for the stay. Would visit again next time.

Much better than expected?? Never thought of staying in a hotel room without Windows.
So we tried, firstly they are kind enough to install a fake window with special light effect, then they lighting in the room is well designed and managed.
The best of that it's so quiet, and completely dark and black during the sleep ????????
We had a great and relaxing night and we'll come again ??

New hotel in a good location with lots of eating places around. Not too far from ode de joy mall. Near to airport so taxi fare is reasonable. Advanced technology in the room to control the functions in the room is very handy
