【结论】这个价位+这个地段+这个服务来説，是我这20多年来在深圳住过综合评分最好的酒店！
【VS同地段的亚朵S】全方位完爆同样在前海但价格贵近一倍深圳前海S亚朵！
【地段好】离香港机场很近！香港坐船到深圳後taxi15分钟就到酒店！离深圳湾口岸也近！离深圳机场也算近！（建议大家别选国际会展中心那边的酒店！离机场不近而且楼下鬼都看不到很荒凉）
【附近设施】楼下有小型夜市和shopping mall，下楼喝个酒逛个街吃个饭完全能满足需求！离地铁也很近！餐饮店很多！属於深圳比较早发展的老蛇口地段！所以相对有烟火气！
【服务】前説一个前提，整个深圳酒店业都是拿着国际价格的水平提供小城乡镇招待所的服务！非常需要被整顿！相比而言这个酒店的服务简直好到不像深圳的酒店！非常赞！
【大楼内设施】一楼8辆电梯，酒店楼层4层电梯！同大楼还有其他高档酒店！很够用！
【衞生】建议大家来深圳住1000以下的酒店，同时你本人要求较高的话，最好自带手巾牙刷牙膏拖鞋等，这样你就会很满意的！

位置优越，离地铁站很近。房间干净整洁，电动窗帘和灯光控制合理且顺手。入住很满意，前台小美服务不错，满意
只是早餐有点失色，咖啡都没有现磨的，只有现蒸的蕃薯，蛋，玉米，加起来都没10个选择，四十几块钱一个人，不值得

They could use some small spoons or wooden sticks in the room to help stir the coffee bag they provided! Also the breakfast area, they could also separate the tables further so we don’t get to sit with 5 other people at the same time! Other than these two suggestions, they are a perfect hotel! Very convenient, clean and good price.

My go to place to stay in Shekou. Next to metro station line 2 shui wan. I only stay in their king bed panoramic city view. Staff do not speak English but very helpfull. The breakfast is worth the $ 2 (i think this is the price since mine was already included in my room rate). New modern building with fantastic high pressure rain-fall shower. but beware as with allmost all 3 to 4 star chinese brand hotels, eventhough smoking is not allowed in room, nevertheless, guest routinly ginore.

I had a great stay at this hotel. Excellent location. Walking distance from lots of restaurants. The rooms have very nice views of Shenzhen. Would definitely recommend

Very clean, comfortable and quiet room. Close to the subway and restaurant. The Seaworld only 10 min walk or 1 metro stop

Great location right above Shuiwan station and walking distance to SeaWorld and G&G Art hub exhibition space.
Staff were very helpful when switching rooms because of a lighting issue.
Rooms are spacious with all mod cons like mini bar fridge and kettle and wardrobes for hanging important clothing.
They also offer a simple buffet breakfast in the mornings.
Will gladly stay here again

I booked this hotel based on the review. It's Worth enough. Rooms are about so big. And staffs on the front desk are friendly and nice. What's important is room are hygiene And clean., It's really spacious rooms are big.
