交通便利，位置优越，处於市中心地带，酒店对面超多食肆，种类繁多，购物方便，多个购物商场及步行街。娱乐设施如「心跳顽家」就在附近。
友善且专业的员工、快速的入住和退房手续、以及对客人需求的即时回应。员工的态度和服务质素很好。
乾净和舒适的环境是基本要求。这不仅包括客房的清洁，还包括公共区域如大堂。床上用品和床垫也很舒适，虽然酒店对面就是一条食街，半夜还有很多客人，但晚上不会感到嘈杂，窗户隔音很好。
酒店设计风格简单而大方，家俬及电器，如水煲都安排得很贴心。冷气舒适，冲凉的水压亦很足够。
非常满意今次的选择，物有所值。

Very good location and service from the hotel easy to go for dinner and lunch breakfast is KFC 3 menu set of the breakfast the location is in the shopping area hotel is clean and looking good
