房间非常舒服，乾净衞生。房间设施齐全，有冰箱和洗衣机，还有电磁炉，感觉如果常住可以做饭。服务非常好。最主要是，出境去香港机场方便，酒店在八楼，二楼就是出境大厅，可以轻松办理登机托运行李。而且出境人少不用排队。下次还住这里。

这酒店就在蛇口邮轮中心大楼4-8层，订这酒店是方便次日早上乘船。亲子房有2张1.2米宽的单人床，哈哈，我也体验一把做“子”的快乐??。要留心的是邮轮中心的外墙有独特的蜂窝型建筑，透过它望海，也是有特别的视觉。

位置很好，就在蛇口港口楼上，坐电梯直接下来就行，很方便，而且楼下有很多好吃的，非常方便。酒店也很乾净，工作人员很热情，看我有小孩还帮我提东西 送上楼，酒店房间准备了 饮料零食 都是免费提供的，还给我升了海景房，超nice

So when we arrived at 7:30pm at night after booking the city view family room, they did not have the room ready, and gave us a room without this window because they wanted to hurry. They said we can have late check out at 2pm, however on check out day we had went out beforehand and the card keys did not work, the maid would also not let us in the room, that contained our important items. Empty promises. I feel the hotel is very nice, very clean, but very amateur service.

Excellent hotel. Very clean, great if you are catching the early ferry to HK Airport. It is right in the cruise terminal.

I always book this hotel when I’m flying out of Hong Kong. The location is exactly at the ferry to get me to the airport. Super convenient. The room is nice and the customer service is great. I slept like a baby.
The breakfast options needs work though. I didn’t like it at all. The options were slim.

This is an excellent hotel for location, service and cleanliness. The breakfast was very good with superb views too (pictured). My only gripe is that the gym was only open from 19:00 to 22:00. A morning session would be a positive addition for many people. Being able to leave luggage at reception was a real bonus and gave me time to enjoy SeaWorld and other parts of Nanshan.

This was a gem of a hotel although the rooms are only a modest size. So if you have a lot of luggage you may find it very cramped. However it is quiet and comfortable and right next to the ferry terminal to HK International Airport - which was my main requirement.
Note: this hotel is not easy to find for a first timer, especially if you’re not a native Mandarin speaker :)
PS the breakfast was a good spread and full of variety.

Got here late but service was great. Ended up going out to get some food at a local store due to the time. Was really handy for getting the ferry to Hong Kong airport the next morning. Would use again!
