连续住了6天，入住起酒店服务就已经开始了，离店的时候还送了夏日小礼物，送到心坎里了，本来还要去买的，下次还来

深圳华怡的服务环境真的没话説，酒店设计处处细节有格调，出行前电话留言了庆祝生日，还给我们升级房型+赠送小礼物，实在是太惊喜！超级感谢！房间风景真的很美，光线也很好，还有免费帮洗衣服务，配套洗护很香，早餐自助也很丰盛，味道不错！非常满意的一次！

选择这家酒店是因为这边离高铁站特别的近，交通也方便.房间的设施很比较齐全.装修环境让人很放松，舒适，大厅的茶水区种类很多，花茶、酒店的设施都很棒，房间装修风格简约大方，设施也比较完善，#早餐很丰富，免费洗衣服务也很不错，有机会在住。

Stay 9 days for outstation. Staffs are friendly and helpful and free daily laundry. Very convenient! Beside hotel got food street, alot of delicious food. Especially the BBQ oyster and dessert.

Good hotel wit free laundry daily up to 6 pieces. Few time staying in this hotel but this trip no more complimentary breakfast. Flexibility allow me to check out 4pm but my flight is at night so they advice me to book for 4 hours extra wit rmb100. Worth staying hotel at shenzhen

Friendly and affordable hotel. Even though it is quite old, the location is a plus point. Restaurants around hotel and shopping mall. Nice hotel near Shenzhen North Station.

Very friendly and polite staffs. Convenient area close to railway station , many restaurants and all kind of shops are around. Laundry service within half day was great! Definitely will stay again when I’m in the same area.

Hotel location is about 10mins walk away from the mtr. Night Market a minute away. Our issue that night was our AC. Room had centralized ac and with only the air blowing out at the sofa area, it was so warm at the bed area. Temperature probably around 28 degrees. Very uncomfortable. We had to request fans to be borrowed to sleep through the night. Probably best to book smaller rooms as my parents room next door was ok.
