每个房间空调吹出来酸臭味 ，里面的饮料 都是低端自助餐才有的 吹风机也是100块钱酒店配置的 八九百块钱第一次住这么差的酒店 装修也是一塌糊涂和300块钱的没区别

酒店设施齐全，衞生好，mia服务好，环境很好，早餐好吃，我非常喜欢，第一次来深圳，还给升级房间，非常喜欢这里，交通方便，房间很好，服务都很好，早餐种类丰富。推荐推荐！

A pleasant stay. Very convenient because theres a lot of halal food around. Reception are very friendly especially Tina. The food here also good. But what i love the most is their bed. Very comfy and they have bidet ! Haha

Had a wonderful stay in Hampton by Hilton! The location is great, surrounded by a vast, dizzying selection of food and conveniently close to the Yannan train station. It's also just a walk away from the Huaqiangbei Commercial street.
We hit a bit of a snag when first finding the hotel ?? (the lobby is on the 27th floor), but recovered soon after.
Breakfast was a delicious spread of western and local cuisine. There are plenty of amenities and facilities available for guests (e.g. self service laundry), and the staff were all accommodating and welcoming to top it all off.
I had Tina manage my check out this time around and she was a wonderful send off to the end of our trip to Shenzhen. I'd definitely stay here again -even if just for the delicious roast duck across the road ??.

Overall, the facilities were very clean and quiet. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
Although the room had two single beds, it was much more spacious than expected. Our family of three, including a child, stayed for 4 nights and 5 days and felt very comfortable.
Our child, who loves technology, really enjoyed Shenzhen, so if we visit again in the future, we plan to stay here again.
One more highlight: there is a Korean restaurant right in front of the hotel that plays K-pop. The food is delicious and the atmosphere is great.

Right from the first when we arrived the Hotel had such an nice atmosphere, the lobby at 27th floor. The receptionist treat us very kind, especially Susan, she speaks good English and very proffesional handling us and even give us an free upgrade bigger room with a breathtaking city view. The place is located at Futian district very convenient, next to Subway station and pedestrian area with lots of food around. Next time comeback to Shenzhen I will definitely book this hotel again, and hopefully I will encounter Susan again.

地理位置非常棒，华强北就在边上。楼下很多好吃的早饭和宵夜都有。酒店服务也很好，前台的sally热情大方，房间帮忙升级，周边很方便旁边有一个地铁站，性价比高的酒店，窗外景色也很好，五星推荐！
