首次到龙岗永湖希尔顿酒店。前台服务非常到位，礼貌及亲善，留下美好回忆。其次房间舒适及设备新族，环境宁静，适合休息。离大运站有近，演唱会完毕后回来也很快。

房间宽敞，衞生很乾净，很舒适。厕所和淋浴分开，点外卖也有机器人送餐，挺方便的，早餐厅在七楼，环境也不错的，一次很好的入住体验。前台服务热情周到，地点还算方便，地铁在离酒店200米左右。

看演唱会订的房间，住的还不错，前台服务员很热心，房间乾净舒适，早餐味道很好，餐厅的服务员态度也很热情，菜品补充的很迅速，整体的设施比较齐全，离地铁站很近，离大运体育中心也蛮近的，总的来説都挺好的!!!

服务：前台热情友好、客房笑容满分，感觉还是可以的，点了外卖还有机器人送上门的服务，很便利
设施：齐全完善，洗衣房、健身房都配备，商务区还有打印机，对于出差人士很友好
衞生：很乾净，床品特别舒服，很软，衞生间乾湿分离的设计，很人性化
位置：地理位置还蛮不错的，去地铁站也比较近，走过去3、4分钟，很方便
早餐：种类丰富，味道鲜美可口，选择多样化，菜品新鲜!
下次有机会再来，整体来説都挺好的!!!

酒店房间衞生乾净整洁，去大运看深深的演唱会，前台小姐姐还推荐了攻略给我们，很贴心，点外卖也有机器人送上来，挺方便的，餐厅也有中餐晚餐～

Excellent family hotel and we'll definitely come back. The internet reason we booked this was because it's a family hotel and I do not like the smoky hotel in China. Unfortunately, there was a guest who smoked in the room on our floor and It was so bad for them that they even had to open their door to 'air' out their own room. I told the management about it and they acted appropriately. To my surprise, they gave me a platter of fruit as a token of appreciation and apologized for the issues.

Hotel is just 2 mins walk from Yonghu Station, location wise is quite convenient. The hotel is clean and new. Staff are very friendly. For the breakfast buffet is good for Chinese food options. It’s just the bread and pastries can be better.
I would suggest trip.com/ hotel do not market the room with Mountain View, as it is indeed view of city/ buildings.

房间乾净衞生，挺舒服的环境，设施齐全，而且前台还有机器人送餐服务，早餐是自助的，位置离地铁站挺近的，走路几分钟，出行什么的也方便，前台态度也很热情，整体都很不错啦
