大厅很明亮，香薰很好闻，非住店客人上不了客房楼层，很有私隐性，点外卖也是机器人送到房间，房间不用插卡取电，都是智能客控，采光也很好，还有免费送洗服务，解放双手，工作人员也都很热情，下次还会选择入住。

I would like to specially mention 桃子 and 菲菲. They have been incredibly helpful throughout my stay. They kindly helped me collect my deliveries and handled communication with the relevant parties smoothly and efficiently.
They are genuinely curious, respectful, and very polite, which made the experience feel especially welcoming.
The beds are super comfortable, and the rooms are spacious and well laid out. Overall, a very pleasant stay, made even better by the wonderful staff.

第三次住了，前台菲菲居然还记得我，笑着説“还是给您安排无烟层对吧？”。走的那天航班在晚上，她主动帮我协调了免费延迟退房，没多收一分钱。就冲这份熟络和体贴，以后来这附近就定点这儿了。

带孩子出来玩，一堆东西。办入住时桃子很体贴，先让家人去沙发坐着等，倒了茶水给我们，还多送了两套小童洗漱用品。退房当天孩子午睡没醒，还帮忙申请了免费延迟退房，让我们能从容收拾，没吵醒孩子。这种对带娃家庭的细心理解，太难得了。
