国庆住这超惊喜！房间采光好，床软不闷汗，近商圈和地铁站，前台工作人员热情，尤其是小孟，美美，小谭，下次还选这！夜间发现一个房间出现问题，维修工男士，及时解决问题。缺少物品夜班保洁工刘女士及时送来日用品。部分细节还有确实，总体可以！

很满意的一次入住体验 会主动询问几人入住主动补齐小孩所需物品 特别是前台小赵 小谭 小孟服务态度很好 很热情。有免费停车场 出行很方便 非常推荐
离柯岩，安昌古镇很近，离杭州也很近哦
到市里鲁迅故里1号线，很方便，酒店就在地铁旁

There were renovation works in the hotel lobby on the day I stayed, the room is generally clean, but there was no refrigerator, it's good for the price.

Nice hotel, conveniently located near the lake with lots of restaurants nearby with bery spacipus rooms. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, early service was not so good. The coffee machine seem not to have electricity before 8 am and the early breakfast we had ordered was not ready on time. Staff on duty were there friendly and tried to help, but it didn’t work out on time unfortunately.

The front desk, Xiao Zeng and Xiao Yang and Xiao Zhao, served me well and made me feel good about my experience here. The room was also large and clean and comfortable to stay in. There is KFC and Timhortons on the same building. Also lot of food joints near by.

First time staying at this hotel. There is an open air mall/restaurant complex next to the hotel which is very convenient, with a 24 hour little supermarket. Room itself was nice and modern. Breakfast room had a beautiful view of tree canopy and good selection. Would stay there again.
