Very disappointing experience for a 4-star hotel.
I had two serious issues during my stay.
First, the hot water pressure was extremely weak. It was very difficult to take a shower, and the water was only lukewarm instead of properly hot. This is unacceptable for a hotel of this category.
Second, I accidentally left my scarf in the hotel. I contacted the hotel and politely asked if they could help send it to me, but my message was completely ignored. No reply at all.
For a 4-star hotel, both the facilities and the level of service were far below expectations. I would not recommend this hotel and will not stay here again.

首先要感谢前台的孙先生，自己手机落在了网约车上，然后孙先生经过很长一段时间联系上了司机并把手机送回酒店，对此十分感谢，这也反映了酒店的服务真的很好，毕竟自己刚从国外回来没有手机的话一个人都无法联系到，其次酒店房间也很好，总之下次还来上海的话一定还会住的。

Handy location, about 10 mins walk to Science & Tech Museum metro station and then a few stops to Nanjing East stop. Housekeeping was great, consistently kept our room tidy and replaced towels everyday as well. Found food court at next station (Century Ave mall) - which is also walkable.

酒店环境很好，距离上海博物馆东馆很近，步行10分钟即可到达。酒店安静，性价比较高，但浴室设施老化，期待更新。

位置绝佳，离上海科技馆、博物馆和东方艺术中心都非常近，作为老牌的四星级酒店，房间空间非常大，除了女前台服务説话态度一般外，一切都超预期，值得推荐！
