位置很好，过马路就是嘉里城和展馆。房间很大，很乾净。设施都很完整，一层的大堂也设计的很不错。出差很适合。

My stay was wonderful!
The service was excellent, the staff were friendly and everything was clean and comfortable. The only minor issue was that the furniture felt a bit old and could use an update, but it didn’t take away from overall great experience.

There is only 3 lifts serving different floor section which means a long wait during rush hours. The distance from lift libby to room could be a long long walk. Breakfast was terrible. Chef at egg and noodle section ignored your request and would just cooked what they wanted. Seating was chaotic, all of a sudden someone just sat down in your table. Overall will not stay again. BTW room decorations and furniture were dated. Wall paper in my room near entrance already bulged.

I booked the Himalayas Hotel in Pudong because it is part of the Jumeirah chain and I expected a consistent 5-star standard.
Positives:
The room was very spacious, clean, and modern. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, especially since I had prepaid through Trip.com. While I understand that China is not known for service-oriented hospitality, the staff were generally fine—efficient and straightforward. However, for a hotel of this calibre, I would have appreciated even a small gesture of warmth, such as a smile or a brief greeting.
Breakfast:
This was somewhat disappointing for a 5-star property. The Chinese cuisine selection was adequate, but many items were a bit bland or dry. That said, the congee and wonton soup were excellent. Coffee was decent, and there were several juice options, though none were freshly squeezed.
Location:
The hotel is about a 20-minute walk from the Maglev train station. It felt a bit long, but manageable if you’re reasonably fit. The surrounding area has plenty of local restaurants, which was convenient.
Overall, it was a comfortable stay, but certain service elements fell short of the 5-star standard I expected from a Jumeirah-affiliated hotel.

因为展会选择入住喜马拉雅酒店 ， 交通便利 ，展会就在酒店斜对面，步行可以抵达，前台的Lydia和Eva ，服务热情，贴心输入车牌号，下次继续选择喜玛拉酒店

地点非常方便，就在展场旁边，而且附近嘉里中心就有很多餐厅。
很幸运的被升等到大房，厕所空间很大，而且淋浴设施和马桶是分开的，所以两个人住也是很方便的。
早餐很丰盛，虽然人潮很多，但桌子清洁需要加强一下。
去七楼体验了SPA，但感觉不是很到位，因为觉得是用蛮力在推。

去浦东看展会，这里可能是最佳选择吧，花木路站出口便是酒店大堂，太便捷了。前台的Vicky非常友好贴心，升级房间赠送早餐延迟退房，让人十分开心。酒店成色不新但档次和功能都不错，给五星没问题。酒店对面有两家苏式麪馆都好吃，斜对面嘉里城更是餐厅美食扎堆。

Great location for the expo. Room was mainly lovely with a few niggles, only one USB socket (and only 5w) and a cupboard light that wouldn't switch off at night. Breakfast was on the whole great although the coffee was undrinkable and croissants were stale.

Service is amazing! Staff tries to do everything for guests. I came during my birthday and asked just for the good view, they told me, that I have already been upgraded to Suite. Room is huge, comfortable, beautiful. I was shocked. Thank them for planning upgrade in advance!
Then next night unfortunately I felt bad and blood pressure came up very high. I called reception and at 3:30 am they didn’t refuse, they didn’t say “go to hospital”, but kindly helped me: they went to pharmacy and game me a medicine, they did all what I needed.?
Next day they gave phone charger right to the room.
Concierge helped with the taxi every time very kind. I am happy and will recommend the hotel to everyone.
Also it is very good for those who come for expo center exhibitions. Just cross the road and you are there.

经常商务出差，酒店都住麻木了，这次真的是超超超预期！因为是来参加展会，本来就是想离场馆近就行了，结果简直太满意！因为是连住三晚，前台小姐姐和主管直接帮我升级了行政楼层。酒店硬件设施很好，健身房，游泳馆，泡池，冷热蒸房，还有泳衣甩干机。mini吧也有首轮免费，前台就还有微信24小时服务，每天按时给我送冰块。下次一定还会入住！！！楼下就是地铁7号线终点，浦东机场磁悬浮直接到龙阳路，打个车或者换一站地铁超级方便。楼下美食街一应俱全，早点，本帮菜，日料，川菜，东北菜，北京菜，还有按摩。简直不要太方便！
